The breakfast restaurant was right by the entrance of the hotel. I only ate there on the first morning as it was a pretty standard hotel breakfast and I didn't want to spend my money on it when I could just walk down the street to a proper restaurant instead. This is not to say that the breakfast restaurant is bad. The staff were lovely.

The options for breakfast could have been a bit better. They also served an additional platter of assorted things such as seaweed and fish, which I personally could have done without.

The hotel is located about 4 minutes' walk from the Asakusabashi station and the footpath from the station to the hotel is very nice, I can drag the luggage easily (if you come up to the ground from the 4th exit of Asakusa Line at Asakusabashi station, you will have to carry the luggage up to the ground. The room is very clean and nice, having almost all facilities I need. There are 3 menus of breakfast to choose, all of them are delicious.

The WiFi is not very good (slow and sometimes able to connect but there is no internet access) but there is a LAN socket available which is faster than WiFi, so I have to use my laptop connect to the LAN and turn on a WiFi hotspot for faster internet access for my mobile devices. Some staffs are not good at English but acceptable. The double-bed room is quite small but still nice.

The location was superb! Not far from Akihabara, you can basically walk it from the hotel and back. Staff are very welcoming and accomodate you at best as they could.

Breakfast was a downside for me. I thought it was an unlimited buffet but seeing the small cozy restaurant they have, I kind of understand why the servings were like that. They do serve you a healthy and warm breakfast. 3/5 for me, in my opinion.

i stayed at this hotel twice. once after my arrival in japan and once just before my departure. in total almost a week. i didn't know the neighborhood before, but i have to say that the location was excellent for me personally. asakusabashi is very central, you can quickly get to asakusa or akihabara and there are several subway stations in the immediate vicinity. several supermarkets are, like everywhere in tokyo, in walking distance and there are also various restaurant options in the area. the hotel itself was very clean, the team members i met were all very friendly and - what i appreciate very much - all tried to speak english. rooms are generally a bit smaller in japan, but for me alone it was no problem. for me it was exactly as i expected and i would book again anytime.

We know this hotel from previous stays and it is nice to know what to expect. There is a large Life supermarket nearby which is very handy. Lately a lot of new take out places and restaurantes opened around it so that is good too. Because it is on train stop away from Akihabara, prices are lower, and well worth it. You can travel direct from and to the airport from Asakusabashi station which is very handy and for 1300 yen only (Nov 2022). If you catch the right train (orange line) you dont even have to transfer trains at Oishage. Staff are always very helpful.

small but comfortable space. need to find space to open 2 luggages, hard but possible. i love how they provide all necessities such as hair drying, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, plastic bag, and more. it’s a 5 min walking distance from asakusabashi station. convenient as it has JR chuo sobu line which can directly bring me to shibuya, shinjuku etc. neighbourhood has a laundry shop (J coin laundry) across the road, and many shops (ramen, family mart etc) around.

not sure why but i’ve got pimples on my face out of a sudden after a 5 day stay. may be due to a dirty pillow case, or the tissue box. the table and bed top was quite dusty. maybe can consider to clean thoroughly.

The location is superb, trains access to all of the city, cleanliness is awesome, rooms are quiet, staff is very very friendly. But it was our first visit to Tokyo so we felt the room and bathroom was too small. Its like 1 room for 1 person max 2. Other than that everything about the hotel is superb and Tokyo is superb. The washrooms seats has got automatic water system.

The size of room and bathroom is too too small. I don't know if all of Tokyo has got same size rooms. Our room was 118 square feet which is too tiny for 2 people.

location, staff, facilities, room size with all the stuff available was great and the mirror option on tv was great for free and the cleanliness was great. The cafe down stairs was great too. staff English was decent.

no heat warming toilets. I’m not sure what is in the pillows if it’s a Japanese thing but felt like bean bags. I didn’t know how to work the aircon I set it to 28 degrees Celsius and cold air was blown out only (no heater).

It was quite ok compared to the price. The room was clean and functional. We got room cleaning service everyday (again, with the price that we paid, I think it is a plus). We got almost everything we need. In addition, I like its location.

WE COULDN’T WATCH NETFLIX ON TV!!!! And there ain’t any laundry machines (using coins) either. The room and bathroom are a quite small. Might not be comfortable for big and tall people.

Staff was very friendly, the room clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is very central and near a underground and train station. A family mart is directly beside the hotel. Akihabara and Asakusa are near but you have to walk there for a bit. Regarding breakfast. Breakfast is served in a small Restaurant on the 1st/ground floor. You can select between 4 meals (f.e.: a bread menu with bread, egg and salad) and drinks are served on a small buffet.
