Fabulous hosts. Convenient location and facilities. Hosts went above and beyond and offered an extra room immediately on seeing us arrive, themselves realising the room booked would be a tight fit. A bit of rain about, and they were too helpful offering umbrellas and fresh towels during our stay.

Not a hotel issue I don't believe, but there may be some miscommunication via booking dot com. The booking was marked as two adults and two children with ages specifically noted as 14/15 as per the booking request. A single room with two large single size beds was ultimately smaller than we expected. In itself the room size is not a problem, but compared to what we probably expected given the details provided, it was a bit of a shoehorn situation. Given our fairly tight budget, we made it work. Character building is what I'm trying to tell the kids... 😂

I think this hotel is unbeatable in this price range. The hotel is at a very comfortable location, with a convenience store right around the corner, a coin laundry right in front, and a train station within 5 minutes. The manager is also incredibly nice and gave me sweets.

The room is small, but I would say perfectly fine for solo travelers.

Very friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Rooms were cozy with surprisingly very comfortable beds and simple amenities. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily by the lovely staff. The location was very good, well connected to public transport with some great food spots right around the corner.

Incredibly kind staff. The room was small, but made great use of the space. Cleanliness was impeccable. I gave it such high ranks for the value it provided. I’ve paid way more for hotels in the United States that felt way less clean and lower quality. This was a great choice for a budget traveler that wants some private space.

A great place in the centre of Tokyo near Sky Tower! The owners are very caring and pleasant, and they will do everything possible to make it comfortable for you. Basically that's the owners who make it absolutely unforgettable experience. They speak English too, which is a big plus. Thank you, Tomoko san and your father, for all your kindess! I also liked the place money-wise. There are a lot of facilities and utensils in the room: a hair dryer, a kettle to make tea or instant ramen, a fridge, Wi-fi, TV, air conditioner. There are also all sorts of necessary towels, and a dressing gown. The bed was comfortable, and the place was very clean. I will definitely come back when I have a chance to visit Asakusa again. Greatly recommend!

Everything was great!

Excellent location with nearby convenience stores Family Mart and 7eleven. Easy access to train station. The staff at hotel too friendly. Like their hospitality as well.

Recommend to place water filter at reception area.

Sadly my last night I was locked out of my room for to my key being misplaced. But key was found once staff arrived in morning

For one night only is a good hotel and location. No view unfortunately, but in a middle city near the train station with low price,we can understand. Air conditioning works well.

No problem with hotel and staff. For long stay or family not works, because no kitchen items.

Close to the station. I couldn’t complain much as i was in dire need to crash in Tokyo because I couldn’t secure a ticket to Izumo on that night. Room ia comfortable, price is reasonable considering that it’s in Tokyo.

Staff! They are really kind!! They were very attentive, they offer cleaning service every day and even gave me a very good latte!

I expected a more organized lobby (entrance).
