The room was surprisingly big. The step into the bathroom was smaller compared to other hotels, so it's easy to enter and exit the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a little bit smelly in the bathroom. The fan was turned off when I came to the room, but even after I had the fan running 24h/day the smell didn't go away.

It was about a 3-4 mins walk from the station , and was located on the other side of the station from the food stretch. unfortunately the days there was marred by rain .

it was renovating and the external building was covered by scaffolding , hence , there was no view from the window. The room and the bath room was also smaller than the other hotels we were in .

Quite some space in the room, the view from 12th floor was nice. Bathroom is wide and clean + bed was comfy. Also there's coin laundry on 3rd floor which is very convenient

Even in non smoking room, you can sometimes smell tobacco from the air con. Apart from that it was really nice 🙂

5 minutes walk from the train station. The room was bigger than normal and clean. Hotel does have a restaurant which we did not try.

Hotel was covered in scaffolding including our room on the 8th floor. The staff tried to make us check in our luggage for storage using a qrs code, which didn't work well, when we rushing to get the bus to the dunes.

Right next to the station, it was a relief after a few days of hiking

We had a smoking room but we're non smokers so the smell was a bit triggering and the breakfast could be more tasty.

I like the staffs and people here. They are really nice and help me when i lost my things. Thank you!

Some suggestion, at the message application where you can contact customer, it would be great if it can be actively responded (let’s say within 1 hr)

Room was more than large enough to maneuver with 2 small suitcases and sort things out. It was quiet. Coin laundry had no problems. Check in and out easy.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Small selection of pastry, for example. It is a business hotel but i hoped for a little more. 1 staff member working hard but no issues at all with staff.

Good location. Courteous staff. Bargain price. I'm not sure this is because the entire building is covered with scaffolding due to renovation.

Literature in the room on owner's philosophy was annoying. But if you don't read Japanese or agree with him, no problem.

Room is spacious and clean. The location is good it’s near to Toronto JR station.

If it can provide family room that’d be great.

Location is good

It was under construction and fully covered when we reached. Early check in wasn’t allowed as we were 40-45 min early but the staff was kind enough to let us use the washroom and store our luggage.
