Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Coin operated washing machines, onsen available. Parking close by. Coffee vending machines on ground floor.
The bidet toilet seat and water not warm. It would be a good idea to upgrade television to have Netflix option for tv entertainment as it can be boring at night since there is nothing specifically to do in the evening and all shops close early.

Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop. Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave. Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby.
The water of the onsen is a bit too hot for me. The fridge is a bit noisy but still ok.

This is a pretty nice hotel. Not the norm for Japan. Typically hotels are very very small and uncomfortable. This hotel was spacious and beautiful.
The hotel was pretty outdated. I like the look of older buildings, but they could do better with keeping it updated. The lamp shades are stained and the floral wallpaper is age faded and discolored. If you are staying here to visit the sand dunes in Tottori make sure you have a car. By driving, it’s about 15 minutes from everything. By public transportation, it’s roughly an hour to get anywhere as there are no trains that go to the sand dunes area.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. I requested two rooms for our family, but they were not adjoining. Next time I would confirm that they are joined. Location was great for food, shopping, and sightseeing.
