Stationed here for traveling to Tateyama and Kanazawa and gotta say we've picked the right place. Great location - just a block away from the train station. Considering Toyama is a hub for intercity travel, the hotel provides sufficient guidance and information. Very helpful staff. The room wasn't huge, yet was neat and compact enough to provide everything that we needed. Nice breakfast, very nutritious with a variety of choices that were uniquely Japan.

Nothing to complain about really. Disposable slippers and toothbrushes were not provided but you can always purchase them at the front desk.

Staff was really helpful and helped me step by step during the check-in process. The hotel provided pajamas which you are allowed to collect from the lobby (near the lift) to be used for sleeping. It is also strategically located near the station which makes it super convenient for a decent walk to Kansui park.

Buffet breakfast was just decent but some of the food was passable - good for the convenience if you're wanting a quick breakfast before heading out. Other than that, everything else was expectable of a budget stay near the train station.

Location location location. In the heart of Toyama, as i first time traveller, i appreciated the access to fresh groceries, night life and a walk took me too a beautiful river which made me feel at home. There was a theatrical performance at the train station, people sitting to watch sumo in the foyer of CLc building, food food food, amazing fashion (soooo affordable however small sizes), and Bengal Spice tea in the supermarket. If you know you know!!!

The computerised check in/out is new to me however the staff were supportive.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, business hotel. room is at a comfortable size for a twin size bed. Location - very near the train station. Free amenities, very convenient. Contacted the hotel prior checking in, very responsive unlike other hotels. Staff is professional and helpful. Was served by Azuma-san upon check in, as we explained to her in detailed, luggage forwarding was done perfectly the next day by another lady.

Happen to all hotels in japan, they are not very well versed in English, but limited english is okay. You got to be very detail and specific on your request.

Very convenient location, right across the street from the station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, albeit small. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out. Luggage is stored in the lobby for everyone to see but I was not concerned about anyone stealing it. Luggage is placed under a net with bells attached so it is very obvious if someone tries to take it without staff knowledge. Use the second elevator!! Much faster for getting to/from your room.

Nothing I disliked. The property met my expectations. Due to its proximity to the station sometimes you can hear people outside if they are EXTREMELY loud but it is still very faint and not that much of a bother. Free breakfast was appreciated but the taste was just average.

Amazing staff and amazing service the breakfast every morning is fantastic and so delicious and everything about this hotel is convenient. It was by far the hardest to leave and Toyama is one of my husband and my favourite cities now and that is honestly in no small part because of the amazing people and area and hotel. Thank you for a gorgeous stay!

Nothing it is perfect!

Location, location, location, right across the road from the train station. This is a business hotel and it really meant business. That is not a criticism it is a compliment. The check-in was slick, the luggage storage was helpful, My short stay was very comfortable indeed and the staff were lovely. I booked a smoking room, in error. I am asthmatic so it bothered me. It was my mistake. I requested a room change and the reception staff found me a non-smoking room at no extra charge. The buffet breakfast was very good too.

Nothing. I'd go back. It is efficient, clean, close to everything with good breakfast. Good value.

Great location! Few minutes walk to Toyama Station and easy access to malls and inner city trams. Japanese style breakfast was delicious! We booked Twin room for 2 pax was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. We will definitely consider booking again if in Toyama. Note it's a very busy hotel with many people checking in at the same time.

We had to book smoking rooms as the non-smoking rooms were sold out. Smoke smell was strong but it slowly went off with air con on (has air purifying function) and air freshener spray provided by the hotel.

The hotel is just three minutes walking distance from the train station. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel. The room is compact, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is simple but the quality is good. The check in and out procedure is simple and quick. The staff is helpful.

The double room did not have enough space to fit a large bed resultng an inaccessible gap between the bed and window.
