The stay was overall good. The staff were exceptionally kind, with a special thanks to Mrs. Wafaa and Mr. Muhammad for their outstanding service. The room was clean, the reception was available 24/7, the breakfast was great, and the place was quiet and peaceful.

Misleading Description. When I made the booking, the hotel advertised a (FREE Airport Shuttle), which was the main reason I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that this was an error on the website and it would be corrected soon. Unfortunately, this mistake cost me an additional 100 JOD in transportation fees between the hotel and the airport during my stay for attending SOFEX 2024 exhibition. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel refused to offer any refund for their error.

The hotel's breakfast was simply delightful. The spread was generous and the food was delicious. What made it even better was the friendly staff who went out of their way to pack it for me to enjoy in the comfort of my room. It truly added an extra touch of convenience and hospitality to my stay

He only downside was the cleanliness of the room; despite generally meeting expectations, I found a tissue left for the entire four days of my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

stayed at Twins Hotel in Aqaba for three days, and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the Red Sea. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to explore the area. A special thanks to Wafa Khlifat at the reception for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made my stay even more enjoyable with her helpful recommendations and cheerful attitude. I highly recommend Twins Hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba. It made my trip truly memorable, and I can't wait to come back.

This room in London will probably cost you £200 a night. So the fact it was this cheap (due to Gaza conflict and off season) was nuts. The room is immaculate. Very high quality finish. Great location also. Aqaba is a small town compared to Amman so this felt like a great place to end our trip in Jordan. The staff also assist with any questions you have too. They speak good English. Bathroom was amazing. Definitely will book here again if I were to come back.

Needs an iron per room. They do have dry cleaners next door however. Could have better parking I suppose. But these aren't dealbreakers.

The locatation of the hotel was very good, in is near the market and central square. With many options for shopping and dining around. It has a few dedicated parking spaces right in front of the entrance with many others nearby.

First night we had a problem with air condtion which was leaking water directly on our heads, since it is placed directly above the bed. Hotel employees were not able to fix so we had to change to room. However the AC in the new room was OK. Also there is lot a noise from the street due to the poor sound isolation of the hotel so better pack an earplugs if you do not want to be woken up by a prayer call in 6 AM or motorcycles driving on the street all night long.

A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. My booking isn’t the first time and it will be permanent for this wonderful hotel managed by Ms. Wafaa. Which attracts tourists and residents to constantly return to book at this hotel. All the hotel facilities are wonderful and it is distinguished by its location, cleanliness and hotel staff. It deserves 5 stars and more. They wonderful in their interests in customers.

We got a room on the top floor with a great view from the balcony (we enjoyed having dinner from local restaurants on the balcony). Great breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities were also provided. The lady at the reception helped us with local information and with the organization of our day for snorkeling and transportation to a private beach resort. The bus will pick you up at the hotel entrance. The city center is within walking distance. There is also a free parking space available at the hotel.

Very limited parking spaces are available, but you can park your car also on the street.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable and extremely clean, which made me feel right at home. The location is very convenient and close to all the key places, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the price for the stay was excellent considering the services I received. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met my expectations and contributed to a pleasant stay. I had no complaints at all.
