Clean, spacious and well-designed room, worthy of a 4 start hotel. Hotel seems to be willing to go the extra mile, helping you with your plans in Jordan, offering advice and numerous useful presentations. Well located, next to Madaba City Mall, and shops and restaurants serving the locals (as compared to pricier tourist-oriented ones). Within walking distance to King Hussein Mosque. Breakfast was simple but good. On a side note, I actually found shopping for women's arab/muslim clothing a better experience in Madaba than Amman: less hectic, better prices and loads of parking spaces.

We had a spacious and comfortable room with a balcony facing the front of the hotel. The hotel has a nice bar and a convenient souvenir shop. The staff if friendly and helpful. Madaba centre is nearby with all the main restaurants and attraction just 10 minutes away. Across the road there is the Madab Mall.

The only inconvenience of a central hotel is being on a trafficked road. If one would prefer more peace and quiet, then I recommend to ask for a room facing the back or the side alley. The bathroom could use some improvements, such as more space to keep toiletries.

We stayed at the Mosaic City hotel on the last night of our holidays in Jordan. I booked this place due to a proximity to the airport. We spent 3 weeks in Jordan, predominantly because of work, and travelled a long distance across the country. We arrived to the hotel on Monday 2nd October at about 7:30 pm. All staff members were very helpful, and we very much appreciate they also helped out with arranging a short term bag storage + taxi to airport for our friend who came with us but wasn't staying overnight. Hotel is new and nicely decorated. It has a large restaurant, good sized bar and its own souvenir shop. Private car park and good wi-fi are free of charge for hotel guests. Our room was spacious and clean, with air-conditioning and good size bathroom with good shower. Dinner was delicious, and buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice. We would definitely stay in Mosaic City hotel again. Big thank you to all members of staff who helped us with check-in, luggage, taxi for our friend and served us at dinner.

Helpful and welcoming on arrival. We had a hire car and parking was easy to get to (turn first right, with the hotel being on your right, and there’s a large car parking area about 50 metres up on your left). The room had very comfortable twin beds and included a fridge and kettle. The excellent breakfast has a wide range of freshly prepared foods to choose from. It’s an easy few minutes walk to the fantastic mosaics on various sites. And we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours on our departure day as we walked around the sites. Altogether a most comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Very spacious bedroom and bathroom with all the western standards. The breakfast was varied and good quality, the bar on site with alcohol was very much appreciated, with the popcorn offered that was very nice. The staff was helpful and ordered us a taxi to the airport which was less hassle for us.

We struggled to have hot water in the shower during the afternoon, I don't know why. The bedrooms facing the street might be a bit noisy, we picked one on the other side but we had no view.

I could not have been more pleased with this hotel and it far exceeded my expectations! The entire hotel was great!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The parking was very helpful to have. The location was very convenient to historic sites nearby. Even the little shop inside had a great variety at reasonable prices. This was just a wonderful stay, and next time I'm back in Madaba, I will definitely stay here.

We went this hotel to join the king academy. It is perfect location which is 15min from school. Because most of parents selected Ammam which take more than 40min Everything is near around this hotel. The currency exchange should be hear after your room checkin.(don't change money at the airport.)Also McDonald's and other restaurants. Also all staff are supporting us all the time. Also they have a their own parking lot by next hotel.

Great location and fabulous staff from checking in / out to drinks at the bar! We were leaving on an early flight so they prepared a takeaway box for breakfast which was greatly appreciated. To top it all, the lads in the bar managed to find the English Premiership games and even put on my team, Everton so that was great to have a beer at the bar and watch my team on our last night of hols - great atmosphere and hosts!

Our overall experience with the hotel was great: good and fast responses before we arrived. Central location, close to the sights and visitor center. Dedicated parking area in a closed lot. Helpful receptionists, comfortable, spacious room with huge bathroom and terrace. Fast wifi, airconditioning, elevator, breakfast with several options. The building is clean and neat. I warmly recommend for all. 10/10

The location in central Madaba was great. We were able to park in the lot and walk to the main attractions and restaurants without getting back in the car. The family room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the bar and enjoyed billiards and darts in between cold drinks and large portions. This is a good place to stay overnight after a long ride from Petra or before heading south. The entire family enjoyed our stay and it was very clean.

Perhaps a bit better signage for the adjacent parking lot. It's on a narrow side street off a busy road and is easy to miss.
