Breakfast was good, and impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the room were noteworthy. It was evident that every aspect of the suite had been meticulously prepared, leaving no room for disappointment. I absolutely love this hotel and I recommend it highly to anyone visiting Amman! I've stayed here before and had very positive experiences on all my previous visits; this one did not disappoint. From check-in, manager Majid and Abdul Rahman at the Olive Tree check-in were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; this continued with the reception staff, porters, cleaning crew--who were not only efficient but unobtrusive--and the buffet catering staff, who were exceptional--a special nod to Shrireen, Joseph and Yumnah, who made my culinary experience fun and full of smiles! I'll also couldn't help but smile at the ever-cheerful, ever-helpful Ibrahim, who kept trying to help me with my small, light rolling case's frequent 20 metre journeys--from hotel to car! Finally, check-out was quick, smooth and worked around my schedule nicely. Another satisfying stay at a well-run hotel!

I have spent 16 days in this hotel, The staff are very friendly and supportive. Specially the great reception Team ( Rama & Mahmoud ) from day one they were caring that I am feeling comfortable, Also the room which they gave me was very big and nice. The Restaurant team, Security, Housekeeping are Very kind and welcoming. In this hotel you will feel that all staff are caring about your comfort from their heart.

What I didn't like that the hotel maintenance are poor and need some renovations.

Hotel is at good location. Staff is not extremely professional but they are nice. The room was spacious and clean. There's a mini gym in the hotel the heaviest dumbbells are 20kg, there are rowing machine and treadmill. In the gym you will find sauna, but it was off, we didn't ask them to turn it on so I don't know if it works.

We booked double twin deluxe room, so it has 2 huge beds so 3 of us can fit and then they made us pay extra bed and asked if we want them to bring the bed O.o The hotel doesn't let taxi to park right in front of it, it's not a big deal, they can leave you literally 5m from the entrance, but just the fact thet they don't let them isn't nice. Hairdryer in the room is working for 30sec and then stops for about 10 min and then you can use it again for the next 30sec, we called the reception they did send someone but said that's normal and that's how hotel hairdryer works. There was nothing in our mini bar, we didn't plan on using it anyway, but when we were booking it says that there's mini bar. But overall the stay was okay.

I like most the behavior of the receptionist miss Baraa she was perfect to solve my problem I was complaining of insufficiency of the air condition in the room ,she manage to move my staff in the spot to a convenient room with very kind smile and phrases thank you Baraa براء , I will be willing to repeat my visit to deal with you again

mostly every thing was ok only breakfast wasn't s expected possible to be much better if the manager give this in consideration

Large Super comfy clean rooms with good rates. Highly appreciated the staffs friendliness especially Ibrahim who attended us. Even the guest relationship managers concerns like personally following up the arrival and taking care of our requests. Eventhough Breakfast was moderate, but satisfactory for what you paid.

Just a suggestion, bit communication issue with the Restaurant staffs they could be advised to lean english to attend tourist.

I Iike the location, staff, service . Also room size is very good , beds are comfortable. I would like to thank Ibrahim for his support and corporation with us , he is really nice guy and professional. Also our thanks to Bara Abid from guest relation for the guidance, support and we will come back again to hotel to deal with her.

Nothing... All are good They need to improve the car parking as its small area

It's not my first time in this hotel and every time I stay here i know that I make the right choice to come back and stay in amman in this hotel all the people working there r very kind and would like to help I recommend this hotel for everyone would like to enjoy his stay in amman

Room is super clean and tidy I loved this hotel they bring me delicious dessert at room 😋 Ms Baraa the guest relations manager was helpful,professional and kind thank you , also there is. Ibrahim the bell man he is really helpful and kind too and willing to do anything for you , I will come back to meet you again guys.

The room is simple and clean. The location is good. The staff are friendly and supportive.

I had an issue with the safe box which was solved by the security guys later on and brought a new safe box. The TV has poor signal, so the channels keep cutting off while watching.
