Th hotel is new and looks great inside. The rooms are spotlessly clean with good views of the city, the beds are very comfortable and the staff attends to your requests promptly even though they don't speak English fluently. I was very satisfied with this homeland will stay there again in future. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a good one too. It was a bit cold in the rooms but that is because the permission to turn the heaters on is not inter hands but the city has to give the permission for it. I was there during the month of September so it was too early for the city to permit the use of heaters. How ever I talked with the hotel and they brought us space heaters which was very helpful.

- A recently launched all-new hotel with a nice design and a Turkish restaurant. - High ceilings do add some extra air. - Perfect location for visiting Astana Arena and around (Expo in 30 minutes of relaxed walk). - A really big TV with fully functional Smart TV. - Good Wi-Fi coverage in room.

- Breakfast was pretty minimalistic though probably OK for short stays. Have to mention 2 problems: 1) choice of cold drinks - only water and light kompot drink (no juices), 2) very relaxed staff, might be due to small number of clients (we were eating alone both times). - Water drainage not fast enough in the shower (though no overflows thanks to a high doorsill). - Soundproofing could have been more effective. - OK for me but noteworthy: no instant coffee or green tea available in room; no glasses, only teacups; no conditioner or lotion in shower amenities; pillows more on the softer/thinner side.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist in any situation. Our room was spotless and well-equipped, meeting all our needs. The ironing and laundry services were reliable. While the breakfast was decent, the restaurant truly shines — I'd highly recommend dining there

Minor inconveniences included unstable WiFi in the room, which was resolved by connecting to a different network, and a shortage of hangers — only about 5 or 6 were provided

I must say, it was an exceptional experience. It's a brand new hotel which opened it's doors recently, so everything is new and of high quality, they didn't try to save on anything. Starting from toilet papers to furniture, everything is meticulously selected, it is very obvious. The room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy daily, The reception lady Zhanel (if I remember correctly her name) was particularly helpful. The highlight of my stay, however, was the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of turkish dishes, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented, served in a restaurant. Overall, I cannot recommend Neos hotel highly enough. From the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff and delicious breakfast, everything about my stay was exceptional. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area.

If it is possible I would recommend the hotel to install "hygienic showers", as they have become very common everywhere and highly appreciated by the guests.

The gym was a big bonus - I'll have to use it the next time I go. The manager greeted me and sat down to chat after checkout. We talked about my experience which was quite positive. That was quite special. The Free breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, eggs and more. There were nice options and there was a worker who greeted me. I believe it was 7:30am on a Sunday which is quite early, but everything was setup and ready to go. The staff was helpful and friendly, and some of them spoke English (Including the manager). The room seemed much larger than the photo, even with the king bed. The bed was VERY comfortable. I'm 1.88m/6'2 so that was a bonus. Even more, the ceilings were a huge surprise. They had to be at least 13 feet high, maybe more. I'm tall yet felt short in the room! :P. Everything was so clean; a nice, tall showerhead with hot water. The hotel seems to prefer quality over quantity as there are not a large amount of rooms (only a few floors), and they seem nicely spaced, again very clean and new looking place. I used the internet for 2 international job interviews via skype, video streaming, etc. and had no issues. Overall, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at for this price range. Again, the fully equipped gym is a major bonus as most hotels just skip over this I can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Neos!

The only MINOR negative was the AC was tricky to work. It was a very nice LCD panel display (in English) on the wall. I did not call the front desk as I fell asleep, but the manager was very attentive to this after I mentioned it at checkout. I still gave a 10 for the review. This small issue was minor and I was still comfortable in the room :)

Nice small hotel tucked across from a large park. Near malls and other amenities in the city. Luxurious bathroom, and very high ceilings, lots of space in the rooms.

the cleaning staff were a bit overzealous, even with the do not disturb sign, they knock, and then try to enter if you don't have it double locked, and they come to clean late in the afternoon.

Extremely comfortable and well designed rooms - beds are excellent. Staff is very helpful and always with a smile in their face. Gym is exceptional - definitely the best gym you will find in a hotel in Astana.

Very limited options for food. There is a relatively decent but way overpriced Turkish restaurant that covers all F&B needs of the hotel. Must add some international hotel food, like a club s. or a burger etc.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, hot meal options changed daily.

Great and welcoming staff, fantastic Turkish restaurant curated by chef from Turkey. Room was spacious and clean, all the necessary items were provided. Had a great time staying in the hotel and it’s very close to Mega - one of the malls. Whenever I’m back to Astana, I will definitely stay there again!
