Food was wonderful. Service perfect, good people working there and helping you to have a perfect vaccation.

The way to go to AquaPark was very difficult for people with disabilities and baby toddler. Think about this for next year.

We booked a summer package with breakfast, lunch and dinner and access to aqua park. Very good value for what we had there Aqua park was great, room was comfy and clean with balcony, staff are helpful and totally we enjoyed our stay there

We counted on Kids club, but it didn't work Night shift reception didn't speak English and made us some difficulty with our reservation Main courses was not very various but side bars was great

Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel itself is stylish and rooms are well furbished. Bed was exceptionally good if you like harder mattress.

Temperature in the hotel is bit too low with the contrast outside.. Breakfast gets little overcrowded and maybe needs better food selection in the morning. It's strange to be served pasta in the morning.

- Very polite and helpful staff - Very good breakfast. In addition to buffet breakfast, they can make porridge on order. - Very good locaiton. Not to far away from airport, close to shopping restauratns etc. I imageine it is even better during summer, since the hotel is right by the sea.

- We have arranged the transfer from and to airport through hotel. Transfer from airport to hotel was ok, drviver was fine, car was semi dirty but nothing too serious. But transfer from hotel to airport was horrible. Vehicle itself was fine, but driver was constatntly speeding, driving recklessly. And we arrived to the airport he didn't help me to get my suitcases from the trunk, and stood there watching me.

Great location by the sea. Close to the walking area and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, very helpful and polite management and stuff. Tasty breakfast, good choice of food. Enough food choice for vegetarians, you may only need to ask the stuff about ingredients. Maybe better if they write it down for every dish. Open swimming pool and aqua park are not included in standard rate, so ask the entrance conditions in advance. Indoor pool which is included in standard rate is nice. The hotel has it’s own small stable, which is fun for kids. Spacious room, mine was on the second floor of three with the sea view. In the room everything is perfectly simple and classy, just like on the pictures. The room is cleaned every day, complimentary drinking water provided and if you need anything like shaving/dental kit or slippers, just call the receptionist. Will definitely stay here again once I am back to Aktau.

Im not putting 10 because : - it's a bit away from facities - we had to change the room because of motor sound. - they provid to apologyse the changement of room a nice plate of fruit but we are allergique to Kiwi. - access complicated at night for taxies

Staff is Just Perfect, starting with housekeepers and with recepeption. In compare to another Holiday Inn in the town, Service is much Better.

Matresses are uncomfortable. Should be Changed.

There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The food was tasty and the service was professional. The staff of the hotel was very courteous. The water park was very fun! The indoor pool was also well maintained and clean.

It would have been nice to have the dinner start earlier than 7pm. However, the manager of the restaurant was very accomodating and did serve our children some food before then. The main floor seemed to be without air conditioning but they had plenty of fans in the lobby area -- hopefully, they get the A/C fixed soon. (The A/C was working in the rest of the building)

Very clean room, english speaking lady at the reception, open buffet breakfast with plenty of choice

I had spent only one night there, very late check-in and early morning check-out, so I couldn't find something to dislike

Everything! Breakfast and coffee were really great! I really loved swimming pool, but I would suggest to cool the water a bit. Nevertheless, I think the service is caring of kids
