The location is central to town centre and many tourist attractions. The staff were helpful with arranging boat tours and taxis and recommending places to visit. The location is serene and the rooms spacious and well kept. This is my new favorite hotel in Kisumu.

Not much I didn’t like. I expected a lake view but it has been blocked by trees growing in the neighbouring property, however it is still beautiful to look out and see green and a few monkeys enjoying the trees

Breakfast was great, Coffee was also great. The property is located at a quite place with 24H security service. Not in the city but near the city. The area ist also safe. Elisabeth was so helpful since we had an issue with our booking. Thanks once again. The owner kept assisting with any request. Alfred from the Restaurant met our wishes thanks.

The pool is old and cold. somethings in the room needs renovation

I liked the staff and how quick they responded to any issue. They made our stay so nice we can't complain. The rooms were very specious, and the bathtub was a plus for me. Very good place and location too away from the noise but supper close to the city too.

The first day breakfast was ok. They just need to work on the breakfast was not too good every day. But I'm glad they offer it.

Very charmful hotel with tasteful decor, like an oasis in the middle of Kisumu. Very quiet area, excellent breakfast and food, beautiful pool area with plants from a fairyland. The staff is very nice.

The pool needed to be cleaned, they tried to give us a cheaper room than we had booked, we had to ask several times for two towels (there was only one) and toilet paper refill.

The best Hotel in Kenya I stayed so far. Staff is very competent and incredibly friendly. Rooms are very spacy, have a nice taste of furniture and are well equipped with everything you need. Beds are very big and comfortable. The whole place has a cosy and laid-back vibe. Food in the resataurant is quite good, so is the breackfast. The area is quiet, but you can walk to the CBD in 10 minutes.

The location was excellent close to the city center, but tucked away on a side street. Super friendly and helpful staff from beginning to end. Giant rooms and nice buffet breakfast with an omelette station. Loved it!

The bathrooms could be upgraded, but were totally fine. Swimming pool could be cleaned.

Breakfast was outstanding. There were many options both local, European, and American plus unlimited fancy coffees (eg: cappuccino, latte, etc). The staff are fantastic. Genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful. Kenyan hospitality is truly incomparable!

WiFi was weak in some parts of the building.

The hotel was great! From the facilities to the hospitality. I would also like to thank Bruce for his help during my stay, asante sana! The location was brilliant in terms of getting into town.

There was a huge shortage on the menu.

It’s a BEAUTIFUL place. The rooms are large and the beds a very comfortable. The grounds are well manicured ! The staff is OUTSTANDING!!!

The tubs are very high so getting in and out of them is a challenge. The hot water can be a bit unpredictable.

Location was perfect. There were ample parking spaces. Room was quite big for us (2 adults and 2 kids) to fit. The design of the hotel building is very classic and beautiful.

Only the shower had an issue both at the room and at the pool side. Staff didn't come for repair or at least checking.
