The food variety and quality were excellent; the staff were beyond excellent. It was our 5th visit this year so the staff know us but they are so welcoming to everyone. The rooms are lovely, beds comfortable, hot water bottles, water in room, gardens well kept. The Conservancy is also extremely special and so far having visited five times this year has not let us down, and we have always seen lion, elephant, rhino, and everything else you would expect!

This is just a minor bug, but it would be fantastic to have a door between the toilet and the bathroom for privacy, as well as for hygiene sake, as currently it is just a shower curtain.

Good and reasonably priced acomodation with waterhole in front of most tents, good restaurant, swimming pool. Very good point to start self drive safaris in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, however we found western areas 7 - 10 km behind the bridge, along the river the most interesting.

Tents do not have indyvidual safes, what is inconvinient. Fees for entering the conservancy increase the cost of staying considerably, to be felt especialy if you stay longer (we stayed 4 nights and anyway we did like it very much). In my opinion if you pay for the camp you should not pay double for entrance and presence within the conservacy.

Lovely tent; the staff and service is WORLD CLASS. The food is good with big buffets and a lot of Indian options on the buffet. The most amazing place to see elephants, lions, 3 types of rhino, foxes, jackals, hyenas, cheetahs and so much else! The water hole attracts a lot of action. The conservancy is generally so well run. We go every year (this time are booked for 3 trips). Wonderful.

Took 30 minutes to get someone to our tent one night to bring a spray to kill a big spider even though we called 3 times for service. The food range needs to be switched up a bit- maybe try different cuisines? The desserts weren’t exciting…

Great location, my room was at the perfect location near the waterhole. Food was excellent, had no issues with the buffet and service was good. Game drives are absolutely worth it, I managed to see Lions both at night and day.

If you do the Lion tracking which is offered by the National Park, do not do it after a heavy day of rain for the next day, I didn't see anything and was waste of money.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Ol Pejeta with a small pond in front of restaurant/terrace. Rooms are very good, the staff is very helpful. Buffet lunch and dinner is good. With the genius discount, definitely worth it! Especially considering the fact that the 24hour parc entrance for Ol Pejeta still only works for a single entry.

Everything was clean. Landscaping was well manicured. Tents were cozy. My son celebrated his 16th birthday while we were there and they had a birthday cake available for purchase, which included a song and dance.

Can’t think of anything.

Spectacular views from the room; facing the watering hole where the animals come to drink water. Lovely view of Mount Kenya. The staff were friendly with great attention to detail.

The food could improve. A bit bland wit limited selection for lunch and dinner

Everything was exceptional. I cannot say enough. Every member of the staff took tremendous pride in their job. No detail was left. Heating pads under my covers waiting in my turned down bed. Excellent 5 star cuisine. Perfect location. Elephant, Rhino, Zebra, gazelles in front of my luxurious tent. Abundant game right outside the gate. Buffalo, baboon, and more you will see in your approach. Peter is remarkable. Sent driver when my privately arranged driver did not show at airstrip. This place is tops on every level

it’s so serene, what a wonderful time I had. Fav part was sitting outside my tent, having my coffee, while watching rhinos have a mud bath in the wild - across our tents. we even saw elephants!
