Perfect central location - close to everything. Well equipped for kids of all ages - my toddler had the best time! And great for me to relax during happy hour

The room didn’t have black-out curtains which was an issue for our toddler getting to bed at a normal time (given summer days light lasts till 10pm!) Our room backed onto the public park which although beautiful during the day, it was super noisy at night with teens gathering to smoke right near our window. Can’t be helped though!

Overall a nice place to stay when going to Legoland with your kids - nicely decorated and spacious rooms, a good variety of breakfast, a playing area for the kids and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. It is very close to the city center, 12min walking distance from the central station and most important, there is an ice cream place just next to the hotel :)!

The wifi was very poor in our room. Since the rooms don't have AC we tried to sleep with an open window, which would have worked well, but unfortunately, our room windows were on the same side as the main entrance, so the noise and cigarette smoke came in with the cool breeze as well.

The hotel is not very far from the train station in Gunzburg, it's overall easy to find. There is a supermarket just nearby, which can be useful. Loved our room, very cosy and clean, big bathroom as well. The staff was kind & helpful. Breakfast offers a vast selection of sweet and savoury food, including plant-based milks/drinks. The lobby is well decorated and cosy. There's a bar, as well as a mini-bar and mini-shop at the reception.

Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever, we had a very nice time at this hotel! The only potential negative things I could note are not related to the hotel itself, but seemed common in Germany overall: the "still water" there is not completely still, there is some gaz (which I personally don't like at all) and instead of a single couple's bed cover, you have two individual ones. From what we've seen in other hotels, it seems cultural :)

Breakfast was perfect covering all sorts of food and beverages. The location is very close to city center and there are a lot of restaurants 5 min walking from the hotel, a very nice place where you can have ice cream is next to the hotel and there is a also Mueller store in front of the hotel. The personnel is very kind and helpful and they always smile to you. We were very pleased to find Romanian employees in the hotel who were very nice to us and always giving us advice on what to do/visit during our stay; really good ambassadors for the area :))))

air conditioning was missing - it was very hot during the day

The hotel is located about 800 meters from the railway and bus station. To restaurants and cafes about 100-200 meters. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Everywhere is clean. We were settled earlier than the scheduled time, so they saw that the child was tired. There is an Italian gelateria in the building of the hotel!!! There is a grocery store REWE a five minute walk from the hotel.

I enjoyed the kid friendly environment! My child was given a small gift upon arrival(very kind and unexpected). There was a place for the kids to play in the hotel. Across the way, there was a park and right beside the park was a restaurant that serves delicious food/drinks. In the opposite direction, there is an ice cream parlor. The grounds were beautiful. Loved the location…everything was very nice!

The bed was okay. Not the comfiest.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Gifts for the kids and a very relaxing family environment.

We booked 2 rooms, as a family, but unfortunately the rooms were not next to each other. It was also quite evident that we were staying in a pet room as both rooms smelled like wet dogs. Thankfully we sleep with the windows open because the smell was very unpleasant.

We liked it because it has a good location in the center of the city, close to so many restaurants and also close to a kids park. Very nice of them for the small surprize present for the kids when checking in the Hotel.

We didn't like the fact that there was no fridge in the room and no AC either.

Large rooms size, family and kids friendly is everything here. Comfy beds. 10 minutes walk till station for Legoland bus.

Didnt know that the pillows and duvet where from feather. I think it should be hipoallergenic when mostly families with children are staying.
