Conveniently close to highway, plenty of parking spaces right in front, great amenities including two eateries, convenience shop and gas station. Pets allowed at extra charge. The room was modern, clean and comfortable.

No in-room safe. No smart or subscription TV options, only regular German cable TV. So near all TV stations were in German language, except one or two English-language news stations and a few French ones.

Great location for travellers by the highway. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and soundproof windows give you the opportunity to relax after a long drive. Staff was really nice. A plus is also free parking and a shop on the petrol station that is open 24/7.

Extremely nice facility. Everything is very nice and clean. Great breakfast. Amazing staff. Very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend it, and I am looking forward to staying here again.

The mechanism to open/close the door is extremely hard. It can be a little challenging for people with dexterity issues. Maybe consider making it a little easy to open the door.

Exceptional customer service. The staff asked about my dog who was with me and provided a set of bowls for her. When we forgot her snuggle toy, the staff found it and mailed it to my vacation destination. Thanks much for going out of the way!

Breakfast was good but a little underwhelming. Beyond that, there wasn't much to complain about. Pretty happy with the stay!

We loved the clean nice design, the comfort of the room and bathroom, the spotless cleanliness. Very practically situated just next to Autobahn, but still very quiet!

As we were staying just to cut our journey in two between Sweden-France, we had to leave early. No possibility to get breakfast before 6 am was the only negative point for us on this stay.

The staff was very friendly and approachable. The hotel it self was newly build and nearby europe-motorway. Easy to access with a land trippers traveller. Near gas station and a 24 hrs opened grocery store.

We liked the breakfast. The room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfy. We could relax at this stop in our journey.

It looks like the hotel is new and it was a little bit hard to find. It was hard to find food in the evening when we arrived there(rather late).

Great modern well appointed hotel just south of Hamburg, next to the highway but set in a rural pleasant area on the edge of the Luneburger Heide

The location is good for a one-night stopover on the road but not a good option for longer stays

Great location (just off the highway), loved having the 24/7 store downstairs for water/beer/etc. Good breakfast. Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at!

The room was a little small

it's right by the highway, but very modern and quiet. It's basically at one of those gas stations that aren't AT the highway but a few mins off the highway. Convenient when you need to break your trip.
