Extremely warm and welcoming reception staff, and everyone for that matter. Initially had an issue with the allocated room which was extremely noisy due to construction work going on in the hotel. It did take a few follow ups but were ultimately upgraded into a quiet room with superb views after the Manager's intervention and also given lounge access with free cocktails & snacks during happy hours. Housekeeping was prompt and rooms were spotless. Good work, Ashwini, Marie & Prabhakar! Loved your farewell visit!

All was perfect except for the initial issue about the noisy room, which was satisfactorily resolved.

The location, although away from some of the 'crush' that is Mumbai, it's just a short (cheap) cab ride from any of the sights. The club facility with it's afternoon tea and evening happy hour were excellent. The room and general ambiance of the hotel was excellent. All the staff who work here go out of their way to make the stay a very pleasant one. Nothing is too much trouble. Particularly enjoyed rooftop swimming pool and leisure centre. Had a aromatherapy massage there that was actually the best I have ever had.... and I've had a few. Always felt very safe here.

As with any trip to India you have to steel yourself to the luxury and opulance of the interior of a great hotel chain against the abject poverty all around you on the outside. But that is India and it does seem to be changing for the better.

This was our second stay at the Taj, and the main reason we returned was the exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail provided by the staff. The lounge experience and the whiskey bar (featuring live lounge music) are truly unique and memorable. A special mention goes to Devesh at the Taj Club, who crafts fantastic cocktails and ensures every guest feels welcomed and attended to. Additionally, the team at the hair salon deserves high praise for their exceptional service, delivering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating facial experience. Overall, the Taj continues to exceed our expectations, making every stay remarkable and delightful.

I believe it was hectic EOY peak period- so the check-in was quite mechanical compared to usual welcome experience. Taj just puts the bar so high… It is still a 4/5 experience.

On arrival, greeted by name and speeded through check-in — really appreciated after long/haul flight and no sleep. Lovely big room, big bathroom, fabulous view. Concierge and business desk wonderful fixing onward flight issues. Marvelous swimming pool and spa. Loved the rabbits! Great location in Bandra with super shops, bars etc. Above all, during our stay we were treated as guests, not as customers.

We are both in our 70s and have had the opportunity to stay in many hotels. It is such a thrill to stay in one that is right at the top of its game. So no, no issues.

The staff and butler service are the best part of this hotel. Neha, Ashwini and Binai from guest services. A special thank you to Neha for her impeccable and outstanding support and service. I stayed on the 24 th floor and loved my butlers Pratiksha, Nabeel, Faisal, Danny, Aryan and Farhan who literally made me feel like I was home with family. A special thank you to my wonderful room cleaner Prakash who took such great care and attention to details during my long stay. Thank you for the great Ashsh and the entire Laundry team who took such great care with my clothes. To my favorite 21st lounge hosts - kushi with the best service team and chefs. The idli, chai, snacks and carrot juice is simply delicious and appreciated so much. Totally worth it! I will be back soon 😊😊😊

Absolutely amazing hotel- starting from the location, building itself, atmosphere inside up to the highest level of service. Rooms are clean and well-designed, with all necessary equipment and auxiliaries - flat TV set, independently controlled air conditioner, tea pot, iron + iron stand, hair dryer, and so on. Food for breakfast is extremely good in quality and of wide variety. And again - the service is perfect! All hotel facilities you may want are just there - an outdoor pool, very well-equipped gym with "wet zone": sauna, steam room, etc., 3 restaurants and lobby bar. As well , I used to spend my time for leisure and work in the Club Lounge, what I absolutely fell in love with. And again - responsiveness of the hotel management and staff as well as service provided just excellent! At my next visit to Mumbai I will definitely stay at Taj Lands End. Well done!

Windows glass (outside) should be cleaned more often It's had to catch the elevator in congestion time

Location - the best in Mumbai and very easy to get about. Wonderful to then go for a peaceful, relaxing (& clean paths) walk along the band stand and watch the sun set! Bandra is really amazing. Hotel - Truly 5 star experience and excellent layout & service. Attention to detail & quality are very evident throughout. All Staff - professional, respectful & very helpful Reception - excellent Restaurants - Dined at the Indian & Chinese restaurants there and the food & service are excellent. Room - good size, clean & very well equipped. Feel very pampered. View - If you have a room high up with the sea link view you could ask for no more You pay for a super luxury stay & experience and that is what you get from start to finish. Delivers on the Taj name and the TATA reputation & legacy (Me being a Parsi, that is very important & heartening for me)

I have to say that on my last trip (Jan 2024) I complained about the lifts being very slow and totally uncoordinated. I have no delusions of grandeur to think that my feedback made the difference but delighted to say that whatever was done in the past 6 months has worked incredibly well and the lifts are now super efficient. Thank you. Very happy!

Where do I begin - the staff were exceptional at the hotel, a special thanks to Sakshi in guest services who helped me navigate a very difficult situation, she was very kind and empathetic, and generous with her time and knowledge. Thanks to the chauffeurs that went above and beyond to help me, and the overall very kind, and attentive staff. The room was wonderful. A generous size with a very comfortable bed that was like sleeping in the clouds, with a lovely view looking the pool and the ocean. The perfect pace to unwind after a hectic few days. Spoilt with choices at breakfast. Our waiter named Ashish was too good kind and caring. Smiley face with helpful nature. He surely deserves a promotion. Our room was upgraded by Sakshi( Front office Manager), which we tuly appreciate . She sorted out our checking efficiently and explained all in details. As we were coming straight from JW Marriots, we wanted to shift in our room calmly which she sorted out nicely. Thank you The view from our massive room window was very relaxing and enjoyable from 23rd floor. A lady named Vasanti on lobby working as a office Executive was very helpful when we were checking out. Softly spoken with job done gracefully. Thank you to Taj Team.

Taj Lands end (Bandra) is a truly luxurious experience in a wonderful part of Mumbai and located just right for travel around Mumbai. Everything (professional, courteous, organised, service driven) one would expect from a Taj (TATA) group 5 star hotel. The band stand walk along the sea is perfect to find tranquil seclusion and watch the sun go down. Bliss experienced.

My biggest (& only) gripe are the elevators. There are 4 elevators yet only 1 of the 4 seem to operate at any time. You could be waiting 5 minutes or more for the elevator to come and then that same elevator will stop on every floor till its full to get to the lobby. The door staff give me every excuse under the sun but this is my 3rd stay there and no improvement to the way the lifts function. You cannot call an Uber and then expect to be down in the lobby in time to get it as you could still be waiting for the lift. Given there are 4 lifts - baffled!
