Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

The wait staff in the restaurant would have to be the rudest staff I have ever encountered. We ate there on 3 occasions during our stay and not once, did I see any of the staff come close to a smile or a welcoming gesture. We were completely ignored on arrival and when it came time to pay, we were met every time with a look of utter disdain. Very bad look for what is otherwise a great hotel.

Brand new hotel, modern, very clean and comfy. Easy access to the highway, perfect place to visit Venice: in 20 mins you reach Marghera by car and from there the bus or train to Venice. Super friendly staff, specially during the breakfast. Restaurant is fine, good value for money and with a broad offer. No noise at all (despide being close to a main road). Great beds and pillows!

Heating / cooling system a little bit noisy. Apart of the city, you have a bus in front of the main door that takes you to the bus station in 15 mins or you can take a taxi that costs you EUR 20. There is nothing else around (no restaurants, no bars) but with the money you save per night it's worth to take this option.

The room and the bathroom were clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the very large shower. The location of the hotel is not great but it allows you to get around quickly, it visit other cities easily and there is no issue for parking.

When we checked in, the hotel staff was not friendly at all and almost rude. She seemed to be annoyed by our arrival. The following days this did not change. In the mornings, there was another lady that was much friendlier! The gym was very bad, none of the treadmills worked. The breakfast is not very good even though not expensive but we would not take it again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast if you don’t have any food limitations.

The location is not very convenient if you’re traveling without a car. The receptionist didn’t tell us breakfast hours or any other information (it wasn’t a big deal but I think it should be mentioned). Another minus for me was a lack of gluten-free products at breakfast. I only got rice cakes and biscuits but they didn’t have any g/f bread. With that variety of pastries for breakfast, in my opinion, it’s good to think about alternatives too. However, these things didn’t affect my overall experience much.

very good restaurant in the hotel. very good morning breakfast buffet. quick housekeeping. friendly and helpful staff at front desk. a couple restaurants in walking distance for when the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays. wifi speed was very acceptable when connection is steady. great shower. tap water good quality. complimentary parking.

room temperature too high. couldn’t keep the temp down or off when leaving the room for the day. housekeeping would close windows if you’re gone for the day. the room key sensors were frustrating for not detecting keycard consistently. wifi connection is spotty especially at higher levels and rooms on the north eastern side of building. recommend acquiring an ice machine.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The room darkening blinds were wonderful!

The staff was not friendly or overly helpful. We seemed to be an annoyance when we would ask questions. The server in the restaurant was rude and didn’t ask us if we wanted any drinks. She didn’t bring out the full meals for our group and when we told her she didn’t apologize

One of our rooms wasn't tidy when we arrived at 16:30 our so. The receptionist just told us we HAD TO wait for 20 minutes. No apologies, nothing. As others pointed out in their reviews, this is a congress type of hotel, which is located at an industrial part of Padova. We knew what we were doing, so we didn't mind it too much, but one can't even reach the railway station by foot easily (40+ min when it's 36°C outside = no way). Since this is primarily a congress hotel, everyone was overdressed for breakfast. Our perhaps we were underdressed? 😇

Here you can find the human touch of the whole staff, from the facilities to the restaurant and its menu, everything was so perfectly done with such easy and professionalism, I will definitely return to this hotel and I will absolutely recommend it to all my friends. Also this hotel's beds are so comfortable it's was the perfect size, warmth and comfort, and the shower and the water pressure too I will miss feeling so relaxed and cared for, my deepest compliments to each and every one who has made my experience exceptional. Thank you so much. Ps. The menu is something extraordinary pure perfection with each bite.

The property was very modern and stylish the room was very big and so was the bathroom. It had two large double beds that were very comfortable. They provided a kettle for tea and coffee and also provided the tea and coffee milk and sugar. The bathroom was really big and very modern.

There was no privacy between the beds as they were facing each other.

Staff was friendly and available whenever we needed. Garage space is huge and easy to access and park. Location is good. Room was good with lots o space

I don't know why but in one of the days there wasn't hot water in the morning for a shower. And the water had a rusty color. Maybe some maintenance work was under go. Other than that, everything was really good.
