On the first two days, we skipped the buffet breakfast at the hotel in order to visit nearby cities. From then on, we made a point of booking the varied and interesting morning meal to set us up for the day. The manager ( I presumed) was helpful and friendly at breakfast time and set the standard for his staff for the rest of our stay. The location was quiet and central with good bus communications to the train station. The place is a small hotel, modern, clean and practical with interesting artwork in the foyer/breakfast areas. We had a ground floor room backing onto the breakfast area, so there was some noise in the morning. This wasn't really a problem, as we like an early start anyway. I didn't complain, but the manager apologised without being prompted and explained that some sort of modernisation was in the pipeline that would overcome this. The sheets and towels were white and fresh.

Everything was fine.

This was my first visit to this hotel, which is not quite in the old centre of Padua but in easy walking distance to all the historical and cultural sights, and also to the railway station (20 minutes on foot, buses available too). It is at the edge of the large medical campus and university hospitals. The building is a few decades old, but the rooms have been more recently renovated and modernised, and are very comfortable. The reception staff were always friendly and available to respond to any questions and requests. There are some good restaurants likewise within a short walking distance, like the excellent La Cozzeria.

My only regret is that the hotel gym (ultimately the reason i picked this hotel) was accessible only for a few hours in the afternoon each day, basically when i was never there. There was no chance of a quick dailywork-out, as i had hoped, in the morning before leaving, or before dinner or even late evening.

The room was extremely clean and also pretty large. The location is also great as it is only a few minutes from the city center. The staff was polite and very professional. I personally appreciate the front desk being always open.

It didn't bother me since I sleep with earplugs, but some people could be bothered by the fact that you can easily hear people in the corridors

Nice location and very helpful staff. We needed to stay the following day to work a few hours and they let us work on the bar. They did not have late checkout, but just letting us work for a few hours from the bar was great.

Parking was not 24 hours. I mean you park at 19:00 then you have to take your car out by 13:00 the following day, but if you park at 9:00 then you have more than 24 hours because you have up to the following day at 13:00. Guess what, we arrived at 19:00. We could have paid 2 days parking. Staff informed us about where to park overnight and solve our "parking issue"

The room was on the top floor with a spacious balcony with a nice view of the city. The room itself was small, but tidy and well equipped. The location was very convenient: just 10 minutes walk from the city center as well as other attractions. There's a grocery story and a couple of restaurants close by. The nearby bus stop allows to reach the railroad station easily. The breakfast was tasty: mostly pastries, yogurt, some cheese and salami, fruits. The staff was very friendly. The price is great for the good service. Overall, it's a perfect place if one doesn't plan to stay inside for long. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located just across the large hospital, which means loud sirens day and night. The sound isolation is superb, and with closed windows one doesn't hear a thing. But, sleeping with the open window I had to use earplugs. The room was really small: just enough place for a bed and a chair. Luckily the balcony gave enough space to stretch out & relax after a day of walking. The wardrobe was rather small too & had no separate places to sort clothes into. None of that caused me any trouble, and it's one of the best 3* hotels in Italy I've stayed into.

Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome every time we came through the door and especially during breakfast in the morning. Such a lovely place to stay.

Loved the traditional, old fashioned decor of the hotel, but furniture could be updated in the rooms (e.g. bed, bathroom).

The Hotel is absolutely recommendable. The rooms are clean and exactly like shown on the homepage. The staff is very helpful and friendly by providing recommendations for tourists. The location of the hotel is perfect for doing day trips. we will definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel.

Nothing to complain.

A short walk from downtown. A comfortable room and bed. We were especially amazed by the outstanding breakfast and the kindness of the breakfast staff. It made our day. It was nice that we were allowed to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours after check-out. Padova is beautiful, and this hotel is a perfect base for exploring it.

I loved my staying; my room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast, included in the price, was pretty good to start the day with. I had a few showers and it is really important to me the water pressure and the heat of the water, I was satisfied with both. The staff was very professional, polite and friendly.

I would have loved to have a kettle in my room with a few tea bags and/or istant coffee.

Room was good and the balcony was a nice bonus. Easy access to the older portions of the city.

Could be noisy outside because of ambulances (close to hospital) and the shower stall was quite possibly the smallest I've ever encountered, to the point that it felt slightly claustrophobic and was difficult to maneuver in
