Room was clean, big and comfy. Air conditioning could be better. But other than that, all was good. Staffs were very friendly, but would have been better if there was more than 1 staff for checking in. The wait was a bit too long for me.

Lovely, clean room. Spa-like bathroom.

The peep hole in the door was much too high for me. A hotel guest mistakenly banged on my door in the night so I went to see what was going on but couldn’t see out the peep hole. I’m 5’3. It was about 2 inches too high for me. Anyway, no harm done. We talked through the door and determined he was knocking on the wrong door. Why are the peep holes so high?

We loved this place!. A real gem in the middle of BC. We booked this because it had a hot tub and steam sauna. It was awesome to soak in the tub, then take a steam. We had to reserve a time because of the pandemic, and that gave us the place to ourselves! A real joy to take in after a long day on the road. Breakfast was included in the attached Dennys. we got a breakfast card from the front desk.

The breakfast was thru Denny’s with coupons from BW and I was pleased to have a reputable restaurant attached, the convenience was great to start the day. Was good to see strict security measures in place at night.

Accommodations were exceptional, no complaints.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very well equiped rooms with cooking facilities and a selection of pots, plates and utensils. We really like the breakfast option of using Denny's with a credit from the hotel but, in view of the price of the average breakfast, the credit should be slightly higher - say $15 rather than the current $10. The property was generous with snacks and a very sophisticated coffee/hot chocolate machine. While we did not need them, we understand that the property even had laundry facilities available.

There was very little that we did not like. My only comment to the hotel is that now many properies have moved from baths to shower facilities, there should be a "handheld shower head" option available in all showers to provide some flexibility in washing.

there was a patch of weeds outside the front door that was very disgusting! Made the place look extremely uncared for!

The breakfast at Dennys was great. The cleaning was super. Will recommend this hotel to friends for sure.

I really have no complaints at all. No pool but actually didn't really have time to use so all good.

Large beautiful room. All facilities including breakfast, coffee bar. Microwave and refrigerator in room, couch, comfortable table and chairs, couch and beautiful shower!

ended up staying in 3 different rooms due to doors not locking. manager had never seen this before.

The staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful and kind. Cannot say brought good things about this place. Would definitely stay here again. Loved that there was a dennys on site as well.
