The staff was super nice and the food was great. In general, the hotel needs some improvements on some walls, chairs, ceiling fans, etc. The pool was very clean. For me, it was a 4 star hotel. It's very close to excellent.

Family hotel with a quiet beach, very clean, already a few years old but with excellent service. A great advantage is being able to use the facilities of the Princess and the imperial world with parking and/or transportation included (check schedules).

If the internet is a priority, indicate it during check-in to be within the range of the router.

Everything was nice. Enjoyed the beach, the breakfast, and the service. We also liked that they offer you transportation to go to the 3 hotels they own.

I think they have everything in good shape and there was nothing that we didn't like.

Had to wait past check in time for my, I was travaling with my service dog it wasn't easy staying there when they would allow my to go in the store for drinks and restaurants so I ending up going next door to another hotel.

room was a bit old and smelly due to humidity no mosquiteras in the room, and lots of mosquitos it’s bit expensive

I have been coming to this facility ever since I was 5, lots of glamour and quite a few elite from Hollywood, good all times, now still the magic alive with different glamour of course.

nice hotel at a good beach. Two big pools. Restaurant Ok. Nice tennis court (but do not make the mistake to book tennis classes; they are overprized, the tennis trainer is around 70 years old, corpulent and has not idea about tennis)

We have stayed several times with this hotel and we just booked it again for the next weekend. It is presently rather empty, which is good for the guests. However with the hotel being half empty, I think the management could be a little bit more generous and offer a courtesy upgrade.

The pools were great as always, with the loungers nice and spaced out helping you keep distance between people. I selected a room with ocean view and the view was great! The staff at the Tabachin restaurant were very nice and attentive. Special thank you to Fernando and Isaac at the Tabachin. The cleanliness and disinfection measures they used seemed very adequate and reassuring. And the layout of the hotel helps you stay outside (and hence ventilated) when moving from place to place. I enjoyed having a room on the 3rd floor with good views.

I've been to this property many times but this was my first time in the "Tower F", which was a longer walk than most other rooms. I also felt the room, while still comfortable, was smaller than I was used to. Especially the bathroom.

We had a nice room with a view to a garden and not so far to the sea. It has access to a very beautiful beech. Three pools to choose.
