Great area. Beautiful on the inside. Bar, cafe, nightclub. Room was great quality. Shower water pressure was amazing. Staff very friendly.

The only thing we did not like was the mattress and pillows in our king room. Tossed and turned on the not so soft bed all night. Kinda stiff. The pillows were lumpy and just not comfortable. Almost wish we would have brought our own from home. I told my husband that we may need to start bringing a foam mattress topper every time we stay in a hotel because it has been a recurring issue. Hotel beds USED to be very comfortable.

Our room was very very clean. We were originally going to stay closer to Will Rogers Arena where our event was. Our reservations at a downtown hotel was double booked for all but 2 of our nights, so we had to last minute find another hotel for our first 3 nights. However we extended our 3 night to a 5 night stay on day 3 due to the Radisson being so clean, with great staff, and complete comfort. For the excellent stay we had along with the affordability, it was well worth the extra miles to our event daily. Thank you, we will definitely stay again!

Wish there would have been some form of Continental breakfast...but it was overall a great stay

Breakfast was amazing - a selection of hot and cold breakfast. Bacon, potato cubes, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles etc. The room was on the small side however comfortable and clean. They have a shuttle to Billy Bob’s Honky tonk and the Stockyards, which was very handy. It was a lovely hotel and a lovely stay.

If I’m going to pick on something- There is only one washing machine and dryer servicing such a big hotel. We had to wait in line for the machine to be free to do our laundry.

It was good for the most part. Had plumbing issues on the 1st floor in one area carpet was soaked with water Most of stay.

Housekeeping didn't speak good english. COVID guidelines are over. Clean your rooms, don't wait till 4 o'clock in the afternoon when people are coming back from their activities to clean the room. I do understand it's a big hotel but there was plenty of staff. Front desk staff, we're helpful.Informing me that they do have wheelchairs for you to use active facility.That was unclear that you could not take it off of facility property.

Anna, the front desk clerk, is who took my experience from good to great. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The gym and pool area were very clean. However, I didn't have time to participate. I will the next visit.

There was really nothing I didn't like. If I had to pick something it would be that our coffee and cups didn't get replaced when our room was cleaned. However that was really a problem, but more of an inconvenience. I just went to the front to get the supplies I needed.

Location was nice. Room was well equipped. We had an issue with our bathroom and they attended to it promptly! Brightly lit around the property at night too! My kiddo got sick and had stomach upset all night. I went down to reception at 3am and the security was empathetic and helpful in giving some tips.

I wished the room had a kettle. Traveling with two little ones, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Some diapers in the Sundries would be helpful too!! Otherwise thank you!

The rooms were cleanish. My kids found things under the bed lol. But for the most part it was clean. The rooms were cold and comfortable! There is a McDonald's across the street so if you have kids it is great to feed them. We didn't go to the restaurants or anything but the kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub. The young man at the front desk at check in was great! He was really helpful and got us checked in without issues. The hotel is nice and has a club and bar attached so that's cool.

Door 3 didn't work. It was door right next to our room from the outside and we couldn't get it to open with the key card. The other doors worked just not door 3.

The pool was an added bonus as well as the massive lobby area with a fountain and a nightclub (?! - it wasn't loud but it was a surprise that it was in our hotel).

It was a bit further out of Fort Worth than I was anticipating and the road it was on was very quiet and out of town without much access to amenities. Don't come here without a car!

The location was great, very friendly staff cleaning staff are excellent and the access in and out of the facility is wonderful..

My room, nowhere to hang your used Towel, I know they change whenever the room is cleaned but it will be nice to have a hanging rail for the hand Towels and the bath Towel. The room I stayed in, the Toilet pressure, needs to be worked on.

The security team was great. Especially the lady making her rounds by the pool she was so nice and professional going out of her way for use to enjoy the last few minutes before the pool closed.we definitely need more people like her in the world.and especially in the career she does made me feel like I was at Disney world with her customer service. And I honestly will be back knowing she's on the job.thank you guys for the great experience.its honestly highly appreciated 👍🙏

Y'all definitely need to refurbish all the doors except the main entrance. All the other door leading inside the building are in very poor condition. Also the lighting is horrible in the hall ways I honestly don't this it's not up to code I recommend changing to led. Believe it will give the building a whole different vibe it already looks great. Just need better lighting to make you feel like your walking into heaven. Just a tip.
