The resort is beautiful and has many activities for couples and families, the guys at the reception were helping and explaining everything and very responsive.

The sea way to the resort is very damaged and not comfortable to drive. arriving to the resort they did not let us in for check in as the guy at the entrance was telling us to go back to the parking lot leave the car there walk under the sun with the luggage do the check in and then get back to him with the envelope and keys to be able to get in! it Was very frustrating we had to insist to get to the main entrance. Arriving to the entrance nobody assisted us with the luggage we had to ask for help. We were also constatly asked about our room number during our stay by basically every security guy at the resort. Was really annoying having a walk and being stopped every 2 minutes

The property was well maintained, first class managed and you could feel it. There is a vast array of activities for kids and families in the hotel. Everyone was reactive, professional and the level of service was high. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Room service was quick to answer. It was a great experience.

There is a lack of authenticity. You do not feel you’re in Morocco in this place. It’s more like a Dubai resort. The food at the restaurants is clean and ok but not tasty and flavored. It’s a problem in country like Morocco in which you expect good food.

We visit Mazagan every summer . This summer I felt it’s different the staff are more friendly and welcoming as well as the service and the activities for kids .

The activities in kids club should be in both languages at least French and English . They shouldn’t focus on only French ( we are in Arabic country and multi language). You have guests who speak English and many languages as well. You should consider that the main and international language around the world that everyone can speak and understand is English . My kids were so excited to join the club but when we went there and they started to entertain the kids the staff started to speak French and I mentioned that my kids speak only English but they don’t care . So we left and my kids felt very disappointed.

The environment was serene, once you arrive you immediately feel relaxed. The many activities on offer was also a great addition to having a memorable stay(most of which are free). The staff are very diligent and proactive in service provision. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and very tasty! We tried Sel de Mar, George, Oasis and the the Market Place and they were all great!

Nothing, the property and staff exceeded my expectations.

The best place in the west of Morocco on the Atlantic Ocean for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful time after two weeks driving in the mountains around the country , we stayed four nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet and dinner was great and fresh with many choices to choose from. The location is great near El Jadida city just 20 minute drive and an hour drive to the airport which is excellent. I didn’t use the spa but they say it’s super nice. Definitely we will come back with the kids in the summer.

The bed mattress was very bad old and cheap quality, first night we couldn’t sleep good,lot of back pain you feel like sleeping in a hole. The next day they changed the room for us , the bed was a little bit better. Also one day we came from the beach to the room and was surprised there is no water!! they already put one big five liter water in the bathroom with wet wipes and you have to figure out what’s going on. No one told us anything or apologized for anything. On the day off check out we asked if we could have a late check-out, they refused, but then my husband told them ( at least pay-us back the one day without water ) the reception guy immediately agreed on late check-out.

the cost of some activities were very high, there was no store to buy little things kids stuff, Morocco souvenirs, little snacks like chips and candy, sand toys. the rush club needs better kids activities, not all sports, maybe coding projects, building competitions, gaming tournaments, dj, cooking, a added silent disco would be amazing our younger kids missed not having daily nightly entertainment after dinner. and dinner options starting at 6/630 would be amazing

little gem of a find. super luxury at very affordable prices. so many things to keep the whole family entertained. the main thing that put my mind at rest was security and the amount of staff on site. overall would not hesitate in recommending.

Friendly staff, excellent food and service and so much variety, I loved the fresh bread and cheese. Fresh mint tea was very refreshing. Many thanks to Anas, Yahya and Imaan who were always available to serve with a smile. Chicken and Lamb Tagine was to die for; desserts were delicious and nicely displayed. Cleanliness and organization of the dining room was amazing. A great team all working together for an amazing experience for the guests

we have been noticing people -not staying at the hotel- coming at night to hangout inside -this raised a major safety concern as we have seen a security agent at the entrance talking to 4 persons -not residents- who were trying to get in, but the security didn’t let them in at the first place-they said they were coming in to take a coffee, but the security agent rejected their request to get in, but later we saw them hanging out inside the hotel. At that time at night, they were no cafeterias open and only bars are open and coming to take coffee at night doesn’t seem realistic -you know what I’m taking about!!-

The rooms were very large and clean, beds were very comfortable but the star of the resort for us was the large beach which was often empty. The kids pool was also a win with our young kids. Breakfast was wide ranging and good quality as was dinner on nights when we used the Resturant.

One of our rooms was given to us fairly late (16.45 although check-in time is advertised as 3pm) and even that we had to walk back to reception (they didn't answer calls we made) although we were told at check-in that the keys for the room would be sent to us. The hotel is about 15 mins drive from town so if you want to go to town you will need to book a car from the hotel (unless you are driving) which is fairly expensive.
