A beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great location near a shopping centre, restaurant and the train station. Perfect for getting to Disneyland with the free shuttle service.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the restaurant wasn’t great. Not a great menu and lazy staff who didn’t clear plates without the manager prompting. Ordered drinks that didn’t arrive so had to ask again. However, the few meals we had there were nice. Just the service that wasn’t.

Great Hotel, Staff, Rooms, Location. Free shuttle to and from Disneyland from the hotel. There’s a Big Mall (Val d Europe) Near the Hotel with the Supermarket & Restaurants . RER Val d Europe Rail Station To Paris Downtown Near the Hotel. CDG Airport to and from the hotel take about 30 Minutes. it’s My First Time in the Hotel & it’s not the last time. ✌🏼

The food was excellent. Breakfast had a lot of varieties, everything was fresh and delicios. Dinner at their restaurant was very good! We tried some other restaurants near by which were dissapointing. The hotel is just across the street to a very big mall, which allowed us easy access to stores, pharmacies, even an Aquarium and carrousel. It's very close to Disneyland, we took a taxi and it was a 5 min ride.

The room was very small for 2 queen beds. We didn't have room to open our baggages. However, the beds were very comfortable.

Good location and friendly staff. Hotel was perfect for two nights whilst we visited Disneyland.

The shuttle bus is good to get to Disneyland in the morning but coming back they don’t offer a service in the peak time after the light show and fireworks are finished at 9.30pm unless you wait until 10.30pm for the shuttle which is far too late as the park is closed. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel which was 25 euro for a 10 minute trip. That this into consideration when planning your day to Disneyland

Great location, right opposite shopping centre and a short bus ride to Disney which was provided by the hotel. Staff were all very nice, breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and served from 7-11. The rooms were clean and modern, nice bathroom with decent shower. We also had an evening meal at the restaurant which was lovely and very good value for money.

Minor points, the TV wasn't connected to the wifi so couldn't really watch anything like Netflix. Would prefer proper milk rather than powder for the in room hot drinks facilities but that's a small detail. I would absolutely stay again.

We spent three days at this hotel as a family, and it was a comfortable and convenient choice. The location is excellent - just one block from the RER A train station - and there's a large shopping center right across the street, with a supermarket, bakery, and various restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland every 30 minutes, which was a great option for us. Although it’s possible to take the train (just one stop away), we used the free bus every day for both the journey there and back. Overall, it’s a good alternative to staying in the Disney hotels, both in terms of cost and the variety of shopping and dining options available.

The only downside is that the return trip with the shuttle from Disney can get quite crowded when the park closes, as many people leave at the same time, but everyone managed to fit.

Fantastic location, shuttle bus just outside, huge mall with countless shops and restaurants just a minute walk away, room was cosy. However, there were 4 of us, our 4 year old was given a double bed which wasn't needed but welcomed from her! With the travel cot too it made it fairly compact but no issues with space, but at its limit for sure. Breakfast was fairly limited but the choices were good, The restaurant in the evening was fantastic, exceptional value and quality.

There's not much more you could ask from the hotel, Id really be picking at nothing to think of things I didn't like

The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned and beds made every day and rubbish bin emptied every day,environmentally friendly hotel,you have to have a room key to get in and out of the hotel,to use the lifts and to use the stairs going to the rooms,security is great in this place and I felt very safe leaving our things in our room ,woody and buzz magically moved places when we went back to our room ( thank you cleaning staff the kids loved it) Breakfast was very nice.very close to val d' Europe shopping centre ,train station for RER to disneyland paris,and access to paris & surrounding areas is literally a two minute walk around the corner.shuttle bus is free to disneyland for paying hotel guests and is situated right a across from the hotel.Hotel has its own restaurant as we preferred to broaden our horizons we didn't eat there, but from what I saw the food looked very nice.im a travel agent myself and I would highly recommend this particular hotel to all of my customers MERCI BEAUCOUP for a great stay!

I honestly couldn't fault this hotel The breakfast needs a little oompf by that just a little more choice in the cooked section ,what it did have was nice but I didn't like the sausages they were a little like hot dog sausages but hey we were in France...and loved trying new things.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was a good size, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we expected. The staff were very professional and helpful. We easily accessed the hotel and found free parking nearby, especially since it was the weekend. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability by offering free water to reduce plastic waste. I even forgot one of my bags at the hotel, but they had an impressive automated system to keep it secure until I could pick it up. The 24-hour reception was extremely accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! There were several nice restaurants around the hotel, and the Val D'Europe Mall was just a 2-minute walk away, perfect for shopping and dining. The La Vallée Village outlet was only 5 minutes away, which was a bonus. The vibe of the hotel was fantastic, and their partnership with Disneyland really enhanced our experience. Overall, a unique and memorable stay!

We stayed here to visit Disney, great choice, easy access to the park via the free shuttle bus, opposite is a shopping centre if you want that with lots of clothes and coffee shops. The shuttle was easy, last one post show was busy and crowded, we waited a longer time in the rain, however, this is likely where ever you travel to/from the park at this point. We had a massive twin room ! it was huge, had everything we needed, lots of space and used the restaurant when needed. Food good that we had. Noted, those with little children used the shuttle to come back and "nap" before going back out for the evening shows. We travelled Eurostar, then 2 nights in Paris, then train to here which was so easy ! The went direct from here back to the Eurostar station without any issue.
