The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant very good any the price is correct.

the staff does not make any effort to help customers, they see you loaded with suitcases and continue to smoke undisturbed, if you need any assistance they do not pay attention to you, they do not speak English well, the restaurant waiters can only say closed in English , in 1 night we saw too many shortcomings on the part of the reception and kitchen members, the rooms were clean but the bathrooms full of limescale, the staff manager should be more careful about the work done by the employees.

the only hotel with underground parking in Corlu and it is very clean!

its far away from the city downtown. there is a shopping mall in proximity and a few restaurants but the downtown is about 20-30 minutes by walk.

The breakfast has a bit limited options, which becomes a problem if you stay longer than a couple of days.

Smell of cigarettes in the room. We have HB reservations and the personal in the restoration doesn't have information and two evenings we should explain that we have dinner included.

Nice hotel. We were provided even better suit that we have booked. Excellent breakfast. Most of the staff was welcoming and customer oriented.

If you stay frequently at Hilton Garden Inns then you know what to expect. Same here, and it’s positive for the price. Clean, safe, comfy bed, etc..thanks for the upgrade;)

They required a PCR test to check in. I still don’t know why. It was no problem of course because we had one, but we didn’t receive any notification beforehand, this was a surprise.

Excellent service - all extras that we requested were provided timely and with a smile. Friendly staff, excellent atmosphere and amazing breakfast.

Everything regarding our stay was great. Perfect location next to the large shopping malls, easy to get there from the highway and splendid welcoming. The rooms were super clean, those were one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and all the COVID-19 preventive measures are taken. Definitely a very safe environment.
