I booked a single bed room but was upgraded to a double bed room with a balcony with sea view was amazing, the beach and pools were clean and tidy. For open buffet breakfast there was plenty to choose from even for the most demanding guests. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, from the security at the gate and front entrance to the receptionist and spa employees. The gym is excellent and my favorite was the rowing machine.

The hotel was almost empty due to the current situation in the neighboring country.

- The beach is very clean and there is a room for everybody. They offer you towels and an ice box with a few bottles of water. - The pools are warmed and wonderful. - The staff are friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and we checked in within 5 minutes. They also brought us some fruits to our room and was a very nice gesture of hospitality. - The breakfast is 10/10. Wide variety of Jordanian cuisine + western dishes. Fruits, deserts, drinks are all available with plenty of options.

- Food is not allowed from outside. While this is their right, it is a little bit bothersome to be spectated whether you are bringing food from outside or not when you come and go. - No disposable cups in the room. - The overall experience is great but this is just as a constructive feedback.

The friendliness of the staff. We were lucky to get an early check-in then we were informed that not only breakfast but all soft drinks and snacks would be free at different locations during the day because we had taken a club room with the panoramic view. Pay that little extra and be treated like royalty. There were also free alcoholic cocktails along with diner snacks which were not snacks but a full meal. There is a Nespresso machine in the room which has a huge bathroom. The reception area is very inviting with high ceilings and confortable sofas. The beach loungers and tents are very comfortable in it's a nice touch that they give you water bottles at the same time as your huge beach towels. Being an older hotel the vegetation around the pools is luxuriant with tall palm trees. One of the pools was heated and the outside jacuzzi was warm too, highly appreciated in March.

The jacuzzis need some bubbles also coming from the floor for everyone who has hiked in Petra and Wadi Rum. The decoration of the highly rated Lebanese restaurant is bland at best. Men's jacuzzi in the spa was too hot to enter. The noise level in the main breakfast restaurant was too high. Toilets are very hard to flush.

-Breakfast was amazing! Especially the juices! -The staff were nice -Facilities were good, would have wished that they also heated the big pool and not only the 1.40 m one. -Free Access to indoor jacuzi, steam and sauna. Gym was also good.

-First two Days the air condition was not cooling but was turned to heating, the temperature was around 24-26 degrees so there was a lot of trouble sleeping. After several compiants the hotel did shift the Air Conditioning to cooling which really did improve everything to 10/10, i wished only that it could have happened from the beginning. -The big pool is not heated. This was done previously. However with the introduction of the 1.40m pool that is also heated, the turned off its heat. Although temperature was 26 degrees the water remained 15-16 and therefore too Cold to use.

Pool and sun terrace all well maintained and pleasant. Hotel clean and well maintained. Breakfast good.

Fact diving into pool strictly prohibited and resulted in fairly constant lifeguard whistling. Similar in the sea where swimming outside of the barriers or the second after the sun had set was met with whistles and argument’s. Suggest you relax a little. Less whistling would be nice. Also music round pool very loud everywhere. Suggest you keep music to the kids area and give adults a bit of peace and tranquility.

I liked the view,the room was cleaned every day,the bed was very comfortable

I didn't like that you are not allowed to bring your own drinks(alcohool...but they let us after we payed a tax),that they don't have all inclussive,that the restaurant with lebanesse food was closed,Deli cafe also closed...that there were arab people with the kids,staying with the clothes on them in the pool and in the sea,that they were very noisy...I didn't like that you are not allowed to swim in the sea,that you cannot enter in the sea after sunset....

We were met at Aqaba airport with the hotel shuttle bus. It was a lovely surprise to find our rooms ready well before official check in time. The rooms are comfortable, clean and, with lovely sea views. We were able to relax and orientate ourselves. The hotel is a short walk into Aqaba town. The reception staff were supportive when trying to arrange day trips but in the end we chose to make independent arrangements. The private beach and pools are very clean and the beach staff helpful. There was ample choice at the breakfast buffet. Service was great. We tried the evening buffet food on the last night it was delicious, a good variety. We had dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant Burj Al Hamam. We were served by Haleem, the restaurant manager. Haleem was very helpful and gave us great advise on our food choices. The food was fabulous, very tasty and great value, highly recommended.

Nothing negative.

The hotel was nearly empty at the time of my visit so the staff had plenty of time and provided excellent service. I had booked a room with sea view and balcony. I was upgraded to a room with 'panoramic sea view'. The room was fine but really what I had expected from the room I had originally booked so I might have been disappointed if I hadn't been upgraded. The beach was also pretty empty so plenty of sunbeds and the staff were super helpful.

Nothing - all was fine for my stay but I can't say what it would be like at busy times.

Beautiful resort, with nice and clean rooms. We had connecting rooms with our children. Great beds, quiet during the night. We slept very well! Breakfast is very good. Libanese restaurant is recommended! You really feel welcome here. It is in the small details, like the cool box with ice and bottles of water when you pick up a towel for the beach or pool. Very friendly staff! overall a true five star experience.

The pool is beautiful, it would be nice if you could “swim around” the whole pool, but (I think for safety reasons) it is divided into compartments.

From the first entrance through the reception tram Amat & & his lady colleague made my first impression of high level customer … satisfaction & support. Room is well decorated with large space over a nice sea view & balcony. Fantastic staff in the breakfast… well spotted & central location walk distance to restaurants … banks. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Aqaba Enjoy it
