Lovely big room with roof terrace balcony. The staff were outstanding. Everyone from reception to the pool staff were happy to help and go beyond expectations. We had a poor check in due to other guests but the reception staff helped greatly and provided us with some biscuits in our room to apologise. Very nice gesture. Beds were very comfortable and room very well cleaned every day by staff. Free parking right outside the hotel and so many options for food and drinks close by.

Some issues with electronics in room such as light bulbs not working and the terrace balcony could be more maintained. As mentioned in other rooms the bathroom is quite tight for space but it was fine.

We had the top room with really nice mountain and city view. Bed was comfortable and the room came with water and tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom had a selection of facilities that we found very useful: besides shampoo and bath gel there was also soap, lotion, shower cap and luffa and room slippers. Breakfast had a lot of different food selection, both continental and jordanian. There was a nice and clean looking pool at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. There is a lot of different restaurants around the hotel which is really convenient.

Toilet was placed in a very narrow place between the wall and the shower. It was very uncomfortable to sit on it and a bigger person probably wouldn't be able to use it at all.

Very comfortable bed. Very hot water with great pressure. Conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores.

I was asked to pay an additional 6.5JD on checkout. He claimed the checkin person hadn't charged the correct amount. When I showed the receipt for the correct amount, he had no response. I just walked out. As a solo traveller, I prefer a double bed. Only options available on booking was twin beds. If I was staying more than 1 night I would have pushed the 2 single beds together.

I liked the hotel from outside untill every single corner in this in facilities and the staff are very friendly helping smiling very fast action

Overall good, just some remarks

-One of the days the breakfast didn’t start at the announced time. The staff let us go to another hotel nearby to get one. -Location of the toilet in the bathroom will not suit all, not ideal. -One of the sockets is located at the bed header and the socket has a small red light, which can irritate if your sleep is sensitive -I would like to have bedside tables on both sides

Everything about this hotel was great, all staff was super helpful and the location of the hotel was just on the center , Everything is around you, I would like to call out mohammad and mohammad from the reception for being very hospitable and welcoming thank you for making this trip an easy one. Keep it up👏👏

Hotel has a great location, breakfast was great! Definitely the best omelette in all Jordan. A lot of good restaurants around. The biggest thanks goes to Sapa and Lowrans, these two working at the hotel are the biggest advantage this hotel has! Thank you guys for the laughter, welcoming energy and your friendliness! Truly lovely people! Also can't forget the housekeeping, they kept our room nice and tidy! Thank you so much!!!

The room with the balcony is super cosy! It’s huge and has a great view. The room itself is very clean and nice with comfortable beds. Around the hotel there are loads of restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is closeby and the JETT bus station is only a 5 min walk. The reception and cleaning staff were so friendly.

The swimmingpool beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

The best thing about my stay here was the stuff. All of them. Nana. Christin, Abdullrahman and ofc Abu Adam. So friendly. And we were always phone call away from our needs... The place was so clean and they got u all what u need. The price was the best comparing with other places in the area... So highly recommend

Its was so cold around the pool

Everything ! that was absolutely an amazing stay : the staff was super nice and helpful the room was big, clean and the mattress was comfy the swimming pool was clean and a really big advantage of the hotel as public beach is not super nice eventually the breakfast was enormous and so good ! I really recommend this stay

we were really tired so no trouble to sleep but a lot of horning all night as it was high school results
