Best Western Plus Salmiya

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good, about two blocks from the beach. The location near by everything you need, in addition, close to 5 malls walking distance. Also, there is a main street close by that you can enjoy walking. One person at the facility was an outstanding per person his name was: BRIJ RAJ, very helpful and cheerful person. He helps us a lot to go to different places and negotiate Taxi for us. I do recommend this Hotel for any one visiting Kuwait.

The location is central within Salmiya and has many places to see/visit within walking distance. If you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many restaurants/cafes close by. My room was fabulous and extremely clean and comfortable. Staff where very welcoming and the variety of foods on offer for breakfast was impressive.

There really wasn't anything that I could fault or add that would have my made my overnight stay an any more enjoyable experience.

The comfortablity of bed set, cleaness and location.. and was upgraded this time also this time..

Unnecessary interaction that I had with reception staff thinking that I consumed some of extras in the refrigerator, which I didn't but she still had to re check again with inventory staff, I didn't like this gesture as it was the mistake of check out staff who has created all this mess and infact she didn't believe what I have told her.

There was excessive noise in my first room 1006 and the staff was quick to help me move to room 1001 which was larger and had no noise issue, the views from the room were excellent. I give special recognition to Vidya at the front desk for being especially helpful an the entire staff was quick to assist any need.

The gym could be more appealing...took a while to figure out how the TV worked. And the hotel should have other news channels besides CNN and Euronews that repeated the same news over and over every 10 minutes.

i had a good room upgrade at check in, room was very confortable, with nice view, bed was super comfortable. Good breakfast ( only coffee wasn't that great). Location is great. Just a nice swimming pool is missing then will be perfect

a pest control guy just enter my room while i was relaxing on the sofa, with only my towel, and that was absolutely very annoying.

Although its away from beach, nonetheless, main market and mall are in walking distance. Starbucks was available on ground floor. Breakfast was well laid out and with good options. Staff was very friendly, they upgraded by room to executive.

View from the room was very restricted, as windows were opening towards back of residential apartments. Wi-Fi wasn't working well throughout the stay.

Reception staff and concierge were great

Toilet seat was not clean when i first checked in the hotel room. Housekeeping staff were too loud while cleaning a room next to my room In the morning at 8 am

Clean hotel, friendly and warm staff. Good breakfast Has Starbucks and Buffalo restaurant at grand floor.

Big bed with 2 single mattress together, middle area was most uncomfortable. No hot iron within the room No hotel parking Toilet too close to the wall, need to sit sideways.

Actually have nothing negative to say. I only slept there and didn't use the facilities. But it was central to where I needed to be. The staff extremely friendly. I even got room upgrade with a sea view. The fact that there was a Lulu across the road was an added bonus

The breakfast was great. The hotel staff were very nice.

The main issue was the parking. There was not enough parking. Also, I can hear the music that was playing in lobby while I am in the room all the time.
