We took advantage of the location to walk to nearby seaside area, to eat dinner to nearby restaurants, and to buy some stuffs from the mall. I had a wonderful experience at the Ibis Kuwait Salmiya. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. All staffs were incredibly helpful. Miss Joy allowed us to do late check out.. The room was clean as well.. And the breakfast buffet was delicious thanks to the Souz chef Mr. Ahmed and to the entire team for giving me a birthday surprise. It was perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend❤️. I would definitely recommend Ibis Kuwait Salmiya to my friends.

Great location, value for money and good places to chill around. Breakfast is good too, just that service can be improved a bit. They say it's from 4am, but when I was in the restaurant at 6.30, the juices, milk, etc were missing.

Shower drain stuck, despite me telling them, they couldn't clean it. Rooms are a bit too compact, there was a door in my room to the next room wierdly and some guy was fighting with his colleagues n family and I could hear every bit of it loud n clear.

It was amazing. We got a free upgrade by Joy after we had to change hotels because it was horrible. She was very kind and totally for the client. She also offered us a late check out that helped us perfectly. The room is comfortable and has a nice view of the sea. The breakfast was ok and the rooms were cleaned. Everything is a walking distance and marina mall 1km away. Thank you Joy for you professional and amazing customer service.

Room a little bit small and the internet fluctuated several times. I had to work but it was not a bad thing.

staff is kind and professional. everybody available and ready to support. the hotel services are really good and perfect for business trips. breakfast is very good terrace is really nice as well

the only point to be improved is the Laundry service. let’s say the quality is not really good. the final ironing is what it is supposed to be . I asked for express and arrived after 24 hours. but surely it is the standard of the hotel and can happen

The hotel was in a great location. Mohammed on reception was very kind and welcoming. The airport transfer was also very easy to arrange and reasonably priced. The sea view room had an exceptional view. The lift to guest floors has an extra security feature to ensure only guests are going to those floors.

The shower in the bathroom was average. I also think the shower could have been cleaner.

it is good price compared to the quality. the location is very perfect, as there are many things around it ( coffee shops, restaurants, and a big mall ) the breakfast was very good with variety of food

the only issue here are the parkings, there is no parking for the hotel, it takes me sometime to find parlance each time i come. this needs to be sorted out, or the hotel will lose his clients

Location of the hotel is perfect, as Salimk Mubarak street is the main street in Salmiyah. Also breakfast was very nice with variety. Dinner was amazing and will be visiting the restaurant regularly in future.

Business Center is Good whoever computer Keyboard was not working properly and couldn't finish important tasks. Therefore, its preferable to have your personal laptop with you.

The room was well organized and all the furniture served a purpose, bed was comfortable and I loved the many windows in the room. The staff were helpful and very respectful in explaining the rules and conditions. I only stayed for a few hours as my trip was one day from morning to afternoon but I had a nap and rested in the room which was very good for its value.

I had several questions at check-in, and I got answers in a professional and friendly way. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing! I thought the breakfast was a really good deal, too. I am really happy I chose Ibis.

very tiny thing: the bright indicator light on the tv shines directly on the bed so it needs to be covered with a towel or something for sleeping.

Very well located, with restaurants all around and easy to get transportation. The room was small but overall the comfort level was excellent. You could probably find other hotels that offer more space but Ibis was clean and easy to use.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options, and the rooms were a bit on the small side.
