The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but best of all was the facility met my #1 priority of concern - having generators constantly kicking on so that we were never without power = always had lights, AC, WiFi, etc. This was my first time in Lebanon, so I have nothing for comparison, but the 'boutique' approach looked/felt like the American Motel 6 chain remodels of 2016. Location is central to Hamra with endless markets, eateries, bars and shops and an over-priced Starbucks around the corner. There are also several Western Unions (preferred) and other currency exchange shops for exchanging US$ on the Black Market.

Late nightlife noise from the alley was never a problem but jackhammers on demolition of the building next door promptly started at 8:00am. Rooms also have an emergency lighting system, for when the power goes off, that often came on even when the power was on. There's also exterior lighting around the balcony that's impossible to fully block out with the curtains. I travel with a sleep blindfold and tarmac ear plugs that I wasn't even using by end of the week. As others have mentioned, there's not much water pressure in the showers but biggest adjustment was the water was never close to warm, little alone hot! Expect quick, cold showers. And unless you plan on bathing with hand soap, BYO toiletries!

The hotel is located on Hamra street, which offers a lot. If you're seeking a night out in the evening, the pub of the hotel and the narrow street next to it have few good bars. The room is comfortable and clean.

There is no room service after 6 pm, which could be inconvenient sometimes, but in my case it was not a problem. The hotel has a bar included on the ground floor that offers a nice ambiance, but at the same time some noise to the rooms. And unfortunately for the hotel a building construction site is operating next to it causing some noise during the day as well.

Great location. Staff was friendly. the room was spacious and clean. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water daily.

While cleaning my souvenir Starbucks cup was broken. I told about it to receptionist and he offered me to ask a maid about it by myself but I wasn’t ready to spend my time accusing someone. the receptionist didn’t apologize though I was absolutely sure the cup was intact as I left. There’s no electricity late in the night. I was checking out at 5 am and I had to use a flashlight on my phone to pack my bags. that also means that your door will be unlocked (fortunately Beirut is a safe place). but Wi-Fi was still functioning so I could call a taxi.

The property is really well located in Beirut, in the middle of Hamra. A lot of restaurants and shops around the area. I enjoyed the hotel and the location very much. Also, the staff was amazing. They helped me out with a lot of things and I really appreciate it.

Everything was good. There are some minor maintain issues that I feel are understandable given the context. Despite that, the hotel has managed to look and feel increíble.

Optimal location if you want to be in the middle of Hamra. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Big room, comfortable bed, good wifi.

Old shower setup, rusty and stained areas. No place to hang towels after use. The hotel should invest more in better quality towels. And in better detergent and dryer for fresher towels (smell a bit weird) Noise from nearby demolition site.

Great location in Hamra, close to everything, most importantly the money changer that we found has the best rate (old guy with a small booth). Comfy room. the hotel also has a lovely bar downstairs. Friendly staffs

Some of the stuffs in the room are kind of old, e.g. rusty faucet.

The hotel rooms are up to date, the elevator is the newest i have seen so far, the bar is lovely The staff is very friendly and they make you feel home Electricity is available all day. only 1 hour off at mid day and 1 hour at dawn time. Which is scheduled and they tell you about when checking in. The location is in the middle of hamra , in a side street which is not noisy and rooms are sound proof

The view from the windows, but the hotel can't help it But you don't need windows in such beautiful rooms

Very close to bars, restaurants, exchange and shops in the centre of hamra, clean, modern and good sized rooms with friendly and helpful staff.

The bars are right underneath the hotel and in the night sometimes play music until late.
