Fantastic location in Hamra. Streets around are full of restaurants with great food. The hotel beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff was mostly very friendly and professional. Receptionist, Amira, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Gave great recommendations and advice on places to go and how to get there.

Some of the reception staff are very friendly and some are quite blunt. Although there is a kettle, there isn't any tea or coffee provided in the room. The facilities in this hotel are too few. Only a small gym in the basement. Wifi was awful. When I requested my room be changed because a family with an infant checked in in the room next to me, my request was ignored. I stayed for 10 nights, sometimes housekeeping didn't top up my water bottles.

It was a really amazing experience especially the staff of the hotel Khalil and the reception lady i forgot her name 🫣 she was very kind , all was very good , clean , location, service.. i will come again in future

Nothing you can don't like

it’s a really good value the room is big and it was clean and fine

the view is not so good in fact it was a bit depressing and the furniture was kind of a bit old style as well

The staff and location was superb. It was a nice place to stay. It had met my expectations.

The room we had was noisy as we could hear the people in next room talking into the early mornings. Also we dont smoke and we could smell the cigarette smoke from the adjacent room.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Delicious breakfast, nice location and extremely fast laundry service. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff demeanor was that of a 7-star hotel; very helpful, polite and friendly. Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely!

The only thing I didn't like is room card which I had to configure at the reception every day.

An excellent location in Hamra district of Beirut, close to all amenities and great parking facilities. Breakfast was reasonable, akin to a continental style breakfast but with some cooked options. Very safe area and even though Beirut was suffering from energy crisis the hotel managed to keep the power on with backup generators when electric was off.

I was upgraded to a suite however unfortunately the room smelt of tobacco and the carpets were in such a bad state and need of changing. The hotel needs a full makeover and whilst I realise times are hard for this wonderful country an investment is definitely needed here.

The hotel staff's service is professional and excellent, and I would like to specifically mention the reception staff Ghida and Khalil.
