The hotel is in one of my favourite parts of beirut. The rooms are clean and service overall is good. I believe you are well connected from there to Mar Mikhael and all Ashrafeieh. Security at the hotel as I saw was high and staff are attentive and try the utmost to make you feel good.

I wish I would have given 10 star but the internet connection compared to all other hotels or places I stayed in Lebanon was very poor. Should I stay there again?! I have to evaluate whether I can buy a bigger private internet package this way I don’t have to bother myself with the connectivity.

Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)

Clean rooms, most of the staff were cooperative especially Wael, Rita and Fadi and rest of the team, location is fine in a very busy area.

Though I do appreciate existing of security staff to insure safety of residents it is also becomes too noticeable to the point I was mistaken the hotel with the police station near by when I first came. it’s good to have but too much I guess it makes you feel uncomfortable sometimes.

All members of staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the portion is generous, enough for 2, it is served in the comfort of your room. There are amenities provided and the cleaning is well done.

Very clean, professional, close to everything. Parking available on premises. The staff was perfect, as if they were specifically handpicked. I don’t think it would have been possible to pick a better staff. Beyond caring and thoughtful, it felt better than home, they felt like my second family. I plan on staying again next time I go.

The property is in a great location to get around Beirut. The rooms are larger than I expected, with a huge comfortable bed and nice shower. There's a small kitchenette which is a bonus and you can order food from their sister hotel just down the road.

It was an excellent stay and the staff were very accommodating.

We liked everything about it especially the stuff was exceptional helpful and kind all the time. Thank you everyone at the Xpress by Smallville.

On arrival, Kareem in the reception is super nice, decent and helpful. He provided me with great accomation easily and in no time. The view of the mountain is amazing. Cleanliness is great.
