The hotel is situated at 888m up from Vaduz. The number 21 bus takes you to the door every 30 minutes (and also goes on to Malbun which is a must do). All staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the restaurant are stunning. Our room was on first floor facing a piazza. Good bathroom with large shower, spacious room with plenty of storage space and a desk. Restaurant served good dinner but same menu both nights so ate at the one other restaurant in town which was also good. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice but no cooked items such as bacon and scrambled eggs. Coffee was excellent.

As this is our 21st hotel in several weeks we are getting used to whats not included. No air conditioning and it was exceptionally hot during our stay but luckily no evening sun as facing other direction. No fridge in room, no kettle. No centre lighting which made it very dark. Pillows - worst of trip, very uncomfortable as if they were made of soft Wimbledon tennis balls. Last but no least, why do all hotels provide two very heavy winter weight quilts in hot weather with no air conditioning. We always need to remove the quilt so we can just have a sheet to sleep. Just a sheet and light blanket would be easier for staff to clean and more suitable. None of these things ruined our stay and we would still recommend but hopefully at least new pillows can be supplied.

The view is spectacular, we had a room with a large balcony, and very large sleeping area as well as a good sized bathroom. We also ate dinner and breakfast there, and the service was great. The selection for breakfast was good.

𝖙𝖍𝖊 property was excellent in terms 𝓞𝓯 location.. breathtaking views… very clean. Since ᏇᏋ missed 𝖙𝖍𝖊 breakfast 𝓐𝓷𝓭 had coffee after breakfast time ᏇᏋ were not asked to pay 𝓯𝓸𝓻 it…which was a very sweet gesture

ᏇᏋ were given a room at 𝖙𝖍𝖊 top… like a loft 𝕾𝖔 in ᏇᏋ had to literally bend down in 𝖙𝖍𝖊 bathroom ( maybe that’s 𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 ᏇᏋ paid for since ᏇᏋ booked late.)that’s still fine. 𝖙𝖍𝖊 lady at 𝖙𝖍𝖊 reception was very rude..one 𝓞𝓯 them… dint know 𝖙𝖍𝖊 names but 𝖙𝖍𝖊 taller one with longer hair. Extremely angry at all times

We arrived here in the middle of a rainy night. Even though it was after their working hours and they had arranged for our keys, someone was available to answer our questions and make us feel warm and welcomed from our tiring driving. As described in the previous reviews (because of which i had chosen this hotel), the view from the breakfast room is exceptional and completely as described. Breakfast was good, staff was warm and friendly and even catered to my special tea needs. Parking is free on the premises and lots of spaces available.

Parking was a bit difficult to find but that could have been just because we did not know how to navigate the area and it was a rainy night. We had a room that faced the church and therefore be prepared for late night and early morning church bell sounds. Also sounds from people working in the courtyard in the morning.

The hotel was nice in general. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the reception was quick and correct in their attention. The most amazing thing was the view, unbelievable. The breakfast was fine as well, and the variety of dishes was good. Also, to include that the restaurant is open until late for drinks.

When we asked for a map and some information about the places to visit or the surroundings, they were not able to help us or give us accurate information. It was a little bit confusing. Also, it would have been very helpful to include in the welcoming message from booking that the parking space for the hotel was the one with white painting.

Clean, neat and spacious room. Good wifi connection. Toilet door doesn’t close well and toilet has no heater so can be a little cold when taking shower. No tea/coffee making facilities but hotel offered small kettle to use. Menu has only limited food choices for dinner. Free Private parking space which is helpful. Expecting good view of the mountains but was given first floor room with blocked (or NO) view. Rather disappointed. Room rate includes breakfast and breakfast was great with the usual standard western buffet.

First of all, I am grateful to the staff for accommodating our stay over the Christmas holidays, and even serving us breakfasts. The room was really spacious and clean, same goes for bathroom. The views from our balcony were absolutely stunning. Location is great - right next to Triesenberg Post which is also where the 21st bus stops. This bus operates on a strict schedule and goes between Malbun and Vaduz. The hotel has a restaurant, but there is also a number of options for dining within a walking distance from the hotel. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel.

I put a sign on the door once to clean up the room but it was ignored that day. They did clean up the following day, but very lightly and didn’t even sweep the floor or replace the towels. I understand I could have asked at the reception, but still. The breakfasts weren’t stellar, but weren’t bad either.

Great one night stay. We were in room 17 which was lovely and large with a vaulted ceiling. It also had a little balcony with lovely views of the Town Hall and Church. Bathroom was also very spacious with a proper hairdryer. Breakfast was continental style with a large selection with high quality ingredients. We also ate dinner at the hotel which was lovely and excellent value at 32.5 CHF for 2 courses. The views from the restaurant are incredible. Location was lovely, with a bus stop right outside which made travek into Vaduz easy. Finally, the staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate an early check in which was great.

An extra pillow per person would be good (though I am sure one would have been provided on request). Rooms at the rear are a little affected by traffic noise and the church bells so would suggest ear plugs.
