Comfortable with plenty of amenities. Several restaurants on site with a nice swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will accommodate most needs.

They require a 250MYR deposit for the room on top of what you pay for the booking. They will charge this to a credit card (which is bad for international travellers as credit cards don’t tend to have good exchange fees) or will require cash. We managed to convince them to take 100MYR as that’s all we had on us. It’s a strange policy and should be stated by the hotel when booking so guests can prepare. The bathroom also had some debris on the floor as it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast was good. The have a large variety. The pol was huge and my family enjoy the facility.

The problem comes during the check in time. I booked two rooms and was under the impression that my family will be placed next to each other. To my surprise, our rooms were on separated by 5 floors! I took the trouble to send message to the hotel to request but the answer given was very standard. No body explained that the family room only available on the 1st floor. I only got to know on the day of check in. Thus, the check in process took so long to sort this out. By the end of the process, my family was already very tired. There is no comfortable sofa provided for people waiting to check in or welcome drinks. The hotel.management should look into this.

Family room big for all 4 of us, breakfast was nice. Staff accommodating and help. Lots of parking. Serene and quiet surrounding, green fairway from the window calms us all.

The flooring in the Family Room is bare, no carpet, no wood flooring, just a very cold hard tiles. Hard in our feet. The Air-conditioning was too cold even if we turned it down to 30c and lowest fan, probably broken control. Room slippers not provided need to buy.

Room is with A/C on prior to my arrival along with the electricity such as lightings.

No plugs available beside the bed for my phone to be charged and keep my phone close to me. In this visit, one of the senior receptionist staff even told the junior staff not to provide the receipt as I made booking via Booking.com. As this is for company claim, hence part of the requirement is to have the proper header from the respective hotel I stayed. I hope the staffs would take note on this and help to furnish necessary documents as it was alright to furnish the receipt in the previous 2 visits too.

The room was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the pool area. The beds were comfortable and clean. They have a good spread for breakfast and good selection for kids. The pool was one of the main attractions in this hotel. The gymnasium was a good size and the treadmills are overlooking the golf course which was great. All in all we had a good stay at the hotel.

The parking is outdoor and not very well maintained. Wish they have a covered parking for guests, so that it’s easier to get to and from the car without having to go through the rain. Also, as we came during a public holiday weekend, the queue was so long at Reception and one of the rooms was only ready around 5.00 pm. If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, I suggest to not come during public or school holidays.

There is no actual bar. Can buy beers after 5pm but cannot drink anywhere but small sunset bar with no view or in your room. This is due to being a Halal hotel. Westerners who like a drink after golf or a day out should purchase in KL to bring to the resort or abstain.
