1. Most of the lights in the hallway and elevators area are turned off at night. Thus, it was pretty difficult for us to find our way in the dark. 2. You have to park your car somewhere outside before collecting the season parking pass because they don’t provide the touch n go card validation for parking. Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the front of the lobby and adding to that, it is also the only entrance to the basement parking. Hence, it took us a very long time to check-in and collect the parking passes for all the rooms (each room entitles a single parking pass) that we booked at once as we had to park elsewhere before entering the basement.

"The BEST" in BB Bangi after tried 3 hotels/apartment for the past 8 months. **This is NOT run by private owner or homestay style like others and had a counter to register and check in process at the lobby shared with other shopping outlets. Spacious & very clean room, 02 pillows each with sofa, dining table & chairs, kitchen counter plus washing sink. Easy access from clean under ground car park with clean glass lift, car park entrance 'touch n go' card provided by FDesk counter. Only 02 bulbs fused from bedside lamp. Unable to inform FDesk due to too sleepy and busy schedule. Ground floor food outlets and convenients store so easy, with walking distance daily nightmarket and "24hrs mamaks".

Clean, quiet, very accessible to Grab Car, lots of restaurants nearby, even a night market. The mattresses & pillows are superb. Iron and ironing board is provided in the room.

Need to climb up some stairs to reach the living room. But it’s not a big deal. Might be a bit troublesome if you have heavy luggages. The electric socket location is a bit odd, it should be around the head of the bed, not at the end of the leg or at a corner.

Nearby with dowtown market so you dont have to worry about the food. Walking distance to Bangi Gateway. The room is spacious. Basic amenities included. The room as per advertised. The housekeeping done cleaning daily.

Since we arrived at night, the direction to the hotel quite confusing. Much better if put the banner of your hotel outside the premise. The wifi quite slow. And i wish they provide mini fridge if possible.

I have stayed in a family room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, good for 3-4 people. There were 6 pillows in the room. The room is very spacious, with different areas for the beds and the dining table (2 airconds). I like that there is also a sink outside the toilet.

During my stay, the WiFi was not available. No cutleries & refrigerator available. Free parking is available at the adjacent building, not the same building. The hotel building has a parking space at the basement but we have to pay for it using TouchnGo.

A good value for money. Location is central and excellent. Very near to a lively hawker centre. We book a duplex unit for 6 persons and it was still very spacious at a very good price. Comfortable beds.

Water heater not hot enough. A bit cold to take a morning shower. We have to put the water spray on low to get the water hot. For strong spray the water will get completely cold

Amazing value! It locates in a convenient area, and you can even visit a night market nearby some days within a week. It will be the best choice if you plan to visit UKM. By the way, the staff is so helpful!

The door of the washroom is extremely heavy. People need to be careful or it may hurt you. The cleaner will use a rubbish bin to be the doorstop.

There a lot convenient in the area. But mostly there have pasar malam near to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the room are comfortable. I stay there just for graduation ceremony and will do come again when have a chance.

The Wi-Fi were down during the time, but at least they mention it in their site.

Strategic Location in Bandar Baru Bangi. Easy to access any restaurant, mini market, food stall. Nice view from 7th floor and comfortable room.

The WiFi access not available. For family suite, i think you should add some plates, cutler (spoon/fork) for customers to eat meal in their suite.
