Location is in city of BP and very convenient to drive around BP. Room size for triple room is fantastic and the room cleanliness is good. Very glad to have stayed here and hopefully housekeeping can maintain the standard and quality so whenever I visit my relatives back in BP, I can stay there. Bonus: love the water pressure!

More table top space in the room. Bathroom needs more hooks for towel and please consider to provide soap dish since hand soap was provided.

Do not be fooled by the exterior building. If this hotel was located in New York or Tokyo, it would have been awarded 4-5 star rating already. The posh and modern lobby greets visitors in the best first impression. It has many IG worthy decor corners. Receptionist was very friendly and hassle free checked in within 10 minutes. A mini bar full of complimentary drinks await visitors while checking in. Once up in the presidential suite, you immediately know that maintenance/cleanliness team took pride in their work in keeping the hotel in tip top condition and spotless clean. Room is extra spacious with walk in wardrobe. Coffee machine is available with complimentary assortments of snacks and drinks from the mini bar. Complimentary breakfast can be improved by offering more choices. Currently, only continental and some local dishes are offered. Nasi lemak and some western selections would complete the perfect stay.

More breakfast selections in the future, though I understand they may have space constraints to offer full course.

Staff: Miss Ching, the cheerful receptionist who served us, was helpful. She checked us in at twelve noon even though the check-in time is 3pm. That enabled us to settle down and went for a hearty lunch., She gave us directions to where we wanted to go and she even volunteered to book a Grab for us should one is neede The Building: We found out that the hotel re-opened this January (2023) after 6 months of renovation last year. Thus it was a pleasant surprise to find a clean and brightly lit hotel with modern amenities. Rooms: The room we had was spacious, clean, well-lit and well stocked. We were not only provided with two bottles of mineral water, we could also enjoy the two cans of beverages ( coke and H2O). There was also a tiny basketful of complimentary snacks (close to 10 items). Although those were not costly items, the thought counts. Our room was facing the main road but we were not disturbed by the noise from the traffic as the double-glazed windows were effective in cutting out noise. Besides the room was perfectly sound-proofed. A coffee making machine and a kettle were provided in the room. Although the hotel is not situated along the main thoroughfare, a relative big supermarket namely 'The Store' is situated a stone throw away from the hotel. Also there is a big Chinese restaurant just opposite the hotel which provides value for money meals. The dishes served were delicious and in big portions. We had a full and satisfied lunch. Lobby: There is a tiny restaurant next to the reception are that serves aromatic coffee. We were informed that the coffee was brewed from coffee powder. A varieties of cakes. burgers, sandwiches were served. Hotel guests are entitled to a 20% discount. Overall: We were totally satisfied with the hotel, It was beyond our expectation.

room and toilet is very clean like a 5 star hotel. im impress with the cleanliness. ambience is good. this is the only hotel ive been to that has coffee machine inside the room. staff there are also very accommodative - the security guard help to assist us to our car with umbrella and the door men quickly open the hotel door for us to make sure we didnt get wet from the rain.

It wouldnt have been a perfect place to stay for work if there is breakfast provided. room wasnt sound proof - we can hear voices from next door occupant @_@

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this 2-star hotel. Cleaner and more spacious than most 4/5 star places we have stayed! Sure, there's no fancy buffet breakfast but it makes up for it in comfort, space and cleanliness. Fresh smelling towels and due to recent renovation, there's mod-cons like USB sockets, automated curtains, easy to access Netflix and great Wifi. Old school hospitality and friendly staff. Complimentary water filters too - good to see some sustainable measures. And complimentary snacks/drinks in the room was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel has very new design and tip top cleanliness. Toilet is clean and shine. Bedding linen & pillows are quality. Nice coffee maker is provided with capsules ready for our morning coffee. snacks such as crackers, nuts, beverages sachet ardelightful especially to kids. Availability of varies TV channels including YouTube added colours to our nights. plenty of car parks for hotel guests. Walking distance to The Store Hypermarket.

the design of half plane shower screen somehow affect the floor dryness.

We stayed at the family suite. The room and lobby were very clean. The lobby smelled great. The beds were extra spacious. There was also security to guard your vehicle at night. Despite our room being beside the lift, the room soundproofing was good as we didn't hear people walking past etc.

For a family room, the toilet door and small changing area should be lockable for more privacy especially for parents staying with their kids. The toilet door should not be opaque cos you can see the silhouette from the room.

The hotel was clean and both the hotel lobby and corridor were cosy. feels like a 4-5 star hotel corridor. Parking was easy and the hotel could be easily seen from a distance. And is very near to the store (super market).

Previously i booked this hotel and i had kitkat and coca cola as complimentary snacks and drinks. But this time, i only had other drinks and some other kind of snacks. Which i was looking forward to having the kitkat and coke snacks.

I love the room design, and that all food are free. Small effort matters! The door guy was very helpful. This hotel take good measures in preventing virus too, there's hand sanitiser by the lift and door guy keep cleaning the door handle.

The guy receptionist when I check in was not friendly. But he's not rude. So this is just small matter

Hotel looks brand new after the thorough refurbishment. Very clean and welcoming image as you stepped into the lobby..We were greeted by friendly staffs at the lobby, front office and at the cafe. We had a triple bedroom and the room was new, spacious and spotlessly clean. Very generous of the hotel to provide complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.Water pressure in the bathroom was strong. Overall..I would give a 5* rating to this Crystal Inn. Highly recommended place to stay in Batu Pahat.

The bed length is rather short so not so comfortable for a tall guy like my hubby..he is 1.78M in height.Can consider replacing beds longer in length. Should have a bigger coffee table, currently the one is too small to put a few more things.
