i really like the breakfast it so delicious and many choices. the staff all so friendly. the front also very friendly. room clean. interior so beautiful like 5start hotel and the prize very very affordable.

the room was not sound proof because i still can hear other room do their things and up level room drag their chair or table very loud and make me overthinking during sleep. i was level 10 so level 11 so active at night haha. the bath tub maybe need some repair because the bath tub floor feel off and feel a bit slippery.

We booked Deluxe Twin Room for 2 nights in late Feb 2024. Parking was easy when we checked in, but when we left at night and came back, we had to queue to find a parking space. Our room was located in 8th floor with city view but it was quiet. The shower room was also good size. Toilet flushed well (the longest and noisiest flush ever😂) and very good shower. (The best shower in the hotels we stayed in Malaysia) If you want to have breakfast in the hotel, there is a cafe on the ground floor, which is RM35 per person (buffet). The swimming pool is quite small but very clean.

The receptionist did not give us much information on the hotel when we checked in. No information was given such as how to get to the room, where to have breakfast if we wanted, which floor for gym/swimming pool etc. WiFi internet is a joke. It is too slow. I even could not measure internet speed as it was too slow to connect. Swap your mobile data? Forget it. You can have 4G here but hardly get reception. I think the hotel needs to upgrade internet. Or just say “no internet”.

its was scary experience some where was knock my door n laugh at 3pm , n i kenot sleep till morning , anyway my room was cleaning n comfortable n cheap price💕so worth it

The room is clean. Especially the bathroom. No mold detected in the bathroom. Meaning, it has been cleaned thoroughly. Also satisfied with the breakfast. sedap! i asked for cutlery, they send to me in less than 10minutes. fast service!

my room access card need to reverify after 24 hours. luckily there is a hotel personnel helping me doing it, and i just need to wait in front of the lift because i am too tired to walk down to the lobby. the pool need to be clean thoroughly. and the toilet at the pool level cannot be used. thus, i have to walk to my room with my wet cloth.

The hotel is not new and neither too old. The facilities are very good even though there are signs of aging here and there. I really like the lobby decorations. The breakfast is very good and tasty. Food choices are many. It is not at the city center but the distance to the city center is less than 10 minutes by car. The hotel is one of the best hotels in town.

It is not near the town center and you need to travel by car to reach the place. I do not see cafe or restaurant within walking distance.

Need to renovate the rooms and bathroom and they dont provide shower handle. Difficult for kids to shower. Nedd to change the tv seriously. Its like very old version and we cant even access to you tube. Need to put more bring lights

loving the city view, very spectacular. parking also okay la. the room is spacious, toilet and bed was clean. the best hotel in bp. the staff was also very nice. left my phone at the room after check out, went back to the room and the phone is still there.

the wifi connection is so slow, staying up at the 12th floor doesnt really have that much coverage so really depending on the wifi but the wifi so slow. tv also doesnt have much signal. mostly tv was black out

The best hotel in BP. Elegant old-school hotel interior. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice Soga Hill view.

The elevator closes fast, I almost got injured by it. The swimming pool is quite small. Difficult to get in and out from the hotel due to the hotel location is literally besides a big 2-way roads. Should consider to make a lobby entrance at the back for those who park their car at the back of the hotel so no need to walk all the way to the front lobby.

the property is still quite well maintained, considering it's already about 25 years old. the staffers are very nice and polite. bedroom is pretty comfortable for that price and the bathroom has bathtub in it.

the snacks sold there are actually expired. some of the bed sheets have some stain on it, which is not good. the bathroom gets wet when i took a shower because the water that splashed on to the wall didn't flows to the bathtub it got around it in onto the floor somehow.

Lighting in room need to be more brighter. Suggest providing shower to be movable. Provide extra shower gel and shampoo.

Provide some instructions on how to adjust the aircon. Only one pair of slippers provide, minimum two since the room is booked for twin sharing.
