Location is ok

We arrived at property in a cab so we released when arrived destination. When asked about our booking, the counter staff asked us to walk 500m up and down the hilly area to fetch the keys from another property. They said our booking was from another agent and it was confusing. The instructions were not so clear and found it difficult to locate the place from where to collect keys. This was very hectic and unacceptable to me. We EXPECT, at least some representative should be at receiving in the property we booked. We are not aware of your internal arrangement with multiple properties and agents. I WILL NOT STAY in this property with this kind of poor and unorganised arrangement.

Location is good, walkway to Geo Resort and the nearby shops.

1) check-in location is NOT at the property. You need to go to another location first to register 2) they insist on CASH/online transfer for security Deposit! Stupid, when you already collected credit card info. 3) Parking is dark and dingy, though reserved.

The warmth and pleasant experience i got and received from flash suites staffs. I guessed when go on weekdays, it's easy and better in arrangements in order to cater my request. It was nice shot vacay and the service apartment was clean and comfortable.

If you don't like the hassle of going to other places to register plus check in and go to the place you booked, just choose windmill. So it won't give you many troubles in order to search the registration counter of flash suites which a bit of confusing for first timer.

The unit is impeccable and met all our expectations. Its clean spacious and well prepared for our arrival. The view of Genting Highlands is amazing in the evening and the food restaurants around the property is good too with so many local restaurants to choose from. Starbucks is walking distance too

BE prepared for a NIGHTMARE with the elevators during checkout! As there is a clause which imposes a RM50 charge an hour after 12pm checkout, everyone rushes to leave at 11.30-12pm which causes MASSIVE backlog with the elevators and packed units both up and down! Will take you about an HOUR to get down to reception! Please take note to either check out earlier or wait till 12.45pm to use the elevators. The Management won't charge you if you're late till 1PM! So don't rush! This stress on the elevator system is an accident waiting to happen with the workload

Worth the price cause it super cheap. I went with mys sister and we both got our own room for just RM150.

The check in process is a bit complicated. We need to go to Windmill first to check in and then to Geo Residence to enter our room. At the windmill also a bit confusing as there are two lobby and we need to go to the 2nd lobby at the back.

I like the unit, amenities and comfort.

I dont like the unfriendly staff. The management NEED to make sure that EVERY guest know where to check in! No calls was answered, when i txt, it took ur staff FOREVER to reply. I had to wait and find my OWN way to locate where to check in! Very BAD check in experiance and your staff (2 malay and 1 chinese girl) was not helpfull and rude. Those who want to check in this property, pls make sure you get the location where to check in coz it is not the same place as the property.

The apartment interior design exactly what I dream on my own. I wish to stay longer to enjoy it. So many things for one night.

The check in process was really confusing for first timer as so many hotel entries around there. The long guidance given is challenged to understand or even made more confused. Not really like for check in after 4:00pm seems unfair to customers even I only came to check in after 8:00pm.

No notification on the checkin counter changed to windmill receptionist

It’s location and value for money.

De below futsal was playing up to 2am and de construction noise from opposite building is disturbing.

1) Location has a lot of food around the area

1) Bedsheet/cover were mostly stained 2) one of the toilet lights was down (very dark) 3) There was a used mug in the kitchen sink when we checked in 4) Check in had to be done at another building (few mins drive away) instead of the building we are staying in, a tad troublesome
