Hotel building and rooms are relatively new, therefore good cleanliness and comfort overall. Location are very much accessible and strategic in my opinion. Our room rate include breakfasts which are an excellent bang for your bucks for the rate the hotel is charging. In summary, I would recommend this hotel for a small family that are visiting Bintulu for a short trip/holiday. I will be looking to stay at the hotel again if the opportunity comes.

I like the location. Nearby has a mall. The toilet has the auto-bidet function. A proper size desk for my laptop and other work stuff. The restaurant "D'place" has a lot of choices for both my muslim /non-muslim friends.

If i have to nick pick, toilet seat macam not totally compatible with the toilet bowl. Overall good for the price.

Clean room, clean hotel interior. Friendly staff at the café. Aircond worked well. Amenities such as ironing board and kettle available. Water cooler available at the lobby.

The bathroom fixtures were a bit moldy and the room had a leak stain on the ceiling. No leeway given for slightly later check out than noon ( we only asked for a half hour extension). Small ink (?) Stains on the bedsheet.

The location is OK. But the choice for outside breakfast is very limited with on 1 or 2 kopitian open with limited menu.

The room is not sound proof. Can hear ppls conversations at night when they pass thru my room. Worst is that the sound of shower from room above is so loud if they shower early in the morning b4 I woke up.

The ambience was very nice. It has a very good restaurant attached. The room was comfortable. You have access to free water (hot/cold).

Would be nice to have a bath tub. The view from the room wasn't nice. The surrounding doesn't feel 100% safe. It doesn't have access to any of the interesting sights at Bintulu.

Big space room and clean.

Too noisy from outside when racing motorbike yesterday making not sleep well. Need to improve to change of mirror to soundproof. For laundry stuff need not to block area lift because make a crowded and also noisy chatting until hear from room.

Air-conditioner leaked at 9:00 PM but they immediately changed our room. 10/10 handling of situation.

The location served my purpose.Breakfast was available at the adjoining cafe and the food served was great.There are lots of places to eat and shop nearby plus a shopping complex not far off.

Nothing to dislike I was very pleased to be able to stay here. Will probably stay here again 😃
