I had an excellent stay at Parkcity Everly Bintulu! The big corner room they provided was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated was the ample space in the room, which allowed me to perform my solah comfortably. The combination of a great room and accommodating facilities made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bintulu.

While my stay at Parkcity Everly Bintulu was overall wonderful, there was one aspect that I didn't quite like. The toilet in the room had a persistent stinky urine smell, likely from previous occupants. I believe it's essential for the management to address and rectify this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The pool was great. Love the depth and size of the pool. The air con is nice and cool. Lots of Toiletries and other amenities are provided.

The shower over the bath leaks water onto the floor. The floor became flooded. However, the water cleared quickly enough. The thermostat in the room doesn't seem to work. I had to turn the aircon off as I felt freezing.

Coffee House staffs very friendly and helpful especially the Chinese mix Bidayuh lady. Breakfast buffet yummy 😋 Thanks to evening shift Front Desk team for shifts my room due to technical issues with TV channel. Overall cleanliness in public area and room are great.

Chubby pool attendant not even smiles when request towel. He is busy with mobile phone. Saw bellman busy talking but not assist open door even saw guest carry luggage during c/out.

The hotel got ample parking spaces. The location is strategic. The food during breakfast is nice. The price is affordable with the room size offered. I love that this hotel got bath tub. Towels are provided if you're using swimming pool.

The sea view is so nice especially during sunset. The hotel is also being in the city center, with easy access to nearby shopping mall, and restaurant.

The room size is quite small even though it is at the executive level. The working desk occupied the window, blocking my way to go really near to the window to enjoy the view.

Rooms are clean, the children loves the pool so much....breakfast was yummy and worth the money....I really enjoyed my stay....not forgotten all your staffs are friendly and polite - receptionist, the cafe 2nd floor, restaurant first floor,....I do hope in future you can make a dinner buffet as well....Overall, m satisfied. Thank you for approving my requests for having the rooms near to each other. And ya, Spring is just a walk away. So you can shop just nearby. Will look forward to stay in future. :)

I like the location. It’s next to The Spring Mall which you can just walk. The room was spacious & clean. I booked two rooms which were connecting. Only the other room have a bad smell but after I spray the perfume, the smell was gone. So it’s fine. Overall, no regret staying here & one of the best hotel in Bintulu.

Hotel is a bit vintage but is only personal preference, my room doesnt have a telephone to call the front desk. Also doesnt include toothbrush and toothpaste. need to walk to the receptionist to get them bring the item.

Everything about the hotel is nothing bout LOVE! The bed is huge, the room is comfy, the ambience is lovely. it is near to the mall and you can swim in pool or beach - just at the back of the hotel! The breakfast? I can say it is one of the hotels that serve a num of diff choices dish!

Rooms are spacious and clean, shower with a bath tub (rare to find these days), Muslim friendly as provided prayer mat and sarong. Ample parking and close to shopping mall and waterfront. Good selection on breakfast buffet.

Furnishing is a bit dated, and could use more power sockets in the room.
