1. New property so every appliance in the room was clean and functional 2. Friendly reception and smooth check-in process 3. Lot of eateries and convenience stores within walking distance

1. Location - not easy to get to the hotel, you have to get on the Juru highway to reach this hotel, even though Google maps always point to the back entrance which is permanently closed for some reason. 2. There is no kitchen so there is no room service nor breakfast offered in this hotel

The room looks very new. Can even control the curtain using remote. View from the room is nice as well. Toilet is clean. Location is good, nearby got some restaurants for food. There is a 7-11 besides which is convenient.

Door is not really soundproof. Can hear people talking outside. TV has no channels to watch, have to cast my tablet to tv.

There was a lot of things to do even though the hotel was along the highway, no need to worry about food, hotel has decent food at level 2, golf city, they also have KTV if you like, otherwise, can just sit there and hear people sing, service personnel also were polite and smiley, food was also decently nice. If you prefer fast food, plenty of options, from starbucks, KFC, McDonald's, krispy kreme, Burger King, local food walk a little down to the Heineken building next to McDonald's, QiYe CheJi (七爷车记）selling Hong Kong delights, decent noodles and toasts. If you just want a simple cup noodles, 7-11 is just next to the hotel lobby. If you want massage, there's one reflexology at level 3, not the best masseurs they have, but sufficient if you just want to have your tired muscles squeezed. There is a water dispenser just next to the lift lobby, convenient for guests who needs clean drinking water.

There were some renovation on going just next to our room, we feedback and receptionist were nice to offer changing a room, we figured the noise will not be any better as they were really undergoing some real major renovation, and we have already unpacked, they start work before 8am, and still hammering close to 8pm.

Conveniently located near petrol stations, cafes and restaurants. Amenities are for the tech savvy. Smart tv convenient for those with Netflix etc

I love everything about the hotel so far, the location is great, easy access to eateries, within walking distance. Facilities are great, they provide iron, hair dryer, Netflix with big TV screen ,King size bed that is very comfy & soft pillow. Hi-Tech toilet seat with heater and complete toiletries. U can find Starbuck, Subway, Krispy Kreme Donut, Tealive, BaskBear, Coffee Bean, KFC, MCD, 4 Fingers, 7-11 and lots more within walking distance. If u want local food, u can also go for Food Panda or Grab for nasi kandar.

The room is not sound proof.

This is a very new hotel, with every imaginable technology intact. There’s android tv, bluetooth speaker, automatic toilet and everything need to be controlled by remote, even the curtain. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, there’s starbucks, kfc, tealive, mcd, burger king etc only by walking distance. Definitely worth the money.

The hotel is still under construction, so you might hear noises from time to time. There’s plumbing issues, toilet clogged in few rooms, depending on your luck. I had to change room because the toilet clogged really bad after one use.

It was such a comfortable stay for our family of 3. The design of the room was practical and each space was maximized for comfort at a very affordable price. Their staff was very friendly too. Even though the hotel is along a main road, it was quiet with no disturbances from the traffic. And while there is no breakfast, there are ample food choices just next to and around the hotel (walking distance). The stay was so comfortable we might just go again and travel to Penang island from there. Thank you for the stay!

There is nothing I didn't like to be honest.

New hotel located conveniently in R&R area. Plenty free parking available onsite both outdoor and indoor (basement). Near to various F&B outlets (got Starbucks too!) within walking distance. Decent sized room, clean bathroom and great water pressure. And I love the automatic bidet! They provide smart TV in the room, so you can access to Netflix, Disney+ or Astro Go. Definitely would stay here again whenever I come to Penang in the future. Thumbs up!

Even though it is a bit small but it is worth the money with exceptional facilities and good location. The place is very clean and well maintained!

It's not exactly i don't like it but for a couple the room will be considered as okay to stay but I think for family with kids may regard it as a bit small. So do take note of that.

the moment we entered the hotel lobby, the entire place smells like ikea, which reminds me that this place is new. from the staff at the reception to the room, everything was excellent. they have everything u need. feels more like a 5 star hotel to me. the only downside is the location is far from the tourist attractions and its hard to find grab around this area. grab drivers will cancel on u multiple times if u want to go over to the other side of penang.
