Hotel that located in the town of Seberang Jaya. Overall is ok. Easy to find food and near to the Sunway Mall. Love the transparent lift. Best part when there is smart tv in the room so we can enjoy netflix (Need to sign in using own account) and enjoy the youtube channel.

Quite difficult to find a parking. I was park at the back of the hotel and need to take a walk to reach the hotel. The towel is not okay, better to bring along your own towel. The bed was small for 2 person. But still ok to just take a rest here.

Clean and Neat room. They provide you smart tv with netflix.awesome!the location also is strategic as its near some famous nasi kandar shop and other convenience store as well as bank.

There is no dedicated parking spot for guest. You have to find it on your own and believe me its pretty damn difficult coz the parking always full. Good luck!

Central Location and if u come without car- this is the best spot .Everything is walking distant . the bed and pillow was good .Had a good sleep that night . huge toilet and eveyrthing is new due to recent renovation

No breakfast ,lift was slow , no parking provided ,the renovation is still on going which leads to noisy during working hour . alot of the toilet equiment is loose and not installed propertly ,not sure if due to poor quality

Great location, plenty of eateries nearby. Within walking distance to Sunway Carnival Mall. Love that they provide Netflix in the room. Perfect for those wanted a relaxing weekend. Room are spacious enough, have enough space to pray. Love love love the decor!

Parking might be a lil bit hard to find during working days, public parking, need to pay for parking fees using apps. Suggest not to park under the tree because of bird droppings. Iron are not provided in each room, need to share with others.

The room is comfy, bathroom is great, bed is soft, just the location might be difficult to look for parking but im lucky enough to park infront the hotel.. is a very good experience, worth to stay for the next time

The room is not soundproof enough, even my neighbour closed their door could wake me up from my sleep And the metal clothes hanger is kinda noisy even though it looks very pretty, and I can hear when my neighbour hang their clothes too... But actually the hotel is not noisy because not many people i think? Just night time when people coming back will have more noise

Need to change Iron as it almost burnt my clothes everytime ,every day i tried!! Very absolete condition It is In !! Plz keep the best quality iron as it is to be used commonly need good quality iron where we can be safe to do iron in better way and faster.

The location. Everything I need is in walking distance. The banks, 24 hours Marts, Nasi Kandar, Dominos, Secret Recipes, DIY & Malls (Billion & Sunway). The male staff (I think his name Nagesh) is helpful during our stay.

I can feel dirt (sand or dust) on the floor as I have sensitive sole. Maybe need to use better cleaning utensils or maybe the mop is old I don't know. Becareful when park because there's many bird around & most car got bird poops whenever we see them. 😅

Excellent location. Relatively clean inside the room but corridor was not so well kept.

No Breakfast in the hotel but many restaurant available in the area including pizza and secret recipe. I really appreciate the staff on duty on my checkout day 21st morning. I also forgot my laptop bag and the Indian staff on duty managed to call me and remind me that I have left the bag in the hotel. He kept it for me until I came back and retrieved it. I really appreciate the sincerity of the staff and the entire Masson Hotel team.

Toilet bidet was not like a holding type but rather a flexible tiny showerhead The toilet mat was not available and the bathing area and toilet was not dry

I would like to appraise the receptionist at the night we checked in. She was really helpful and guided us with the manuals very well. I’m glad that she suggested better options for rooms and so on.
