Parking lot provided is so limited so hotel guests have to find their own parking lot and pay according to local rate. And it is better to upload Penang parking apps, make your parking payment a lot easier. If you want to go find the parking book , please find it in 7e. Other place, don't provide it. Parking payment is from 8am to 6pm

I love the room. The price is worth the room.in fact to me the price is cheap because I got 2 big beds. So comfortable and the room had window. I can see Komtar from the window. Near Pelita Nasi Kandar restaurant, walking distance. And a lot of shops in front the hotel.

Great location, close to the street food stalls and a 10-15 minute walk to Komtar Tower.

Rooms were fairly basic, but comfortable. Parking is extremely limited so if going there on a weekend get there early to secure a parking spot.The swimming pool is quite small but OK for young children.

i got 305/306 room was nice and clean and i req for maintenance he act fast ...Thanks for that

Will like to comment regarding the reception view and environment was like a cheap staf hotel. Dear hotel Management pls look in to it..... I Request for 2 Queen Size Bed in a room but i did not get as what i book it but i get connection room and for parking is was hard to get because they have limited parking slot for in house guest

I like the environment, neat and clean also the staff are very friendly..the food for bfast is delicious n yummy but if more variety is very good..

I'm very disappointed about the iron..the guest have to come down and if other guests want tu use that we have to wait..also no mineral water in the room..I'm suggested the management can provide all room have the own iron/board..

The hotel is in the middle of town and very convenience to shopping places, eatery and esplanade

the hotel is in the middle of George Town. It's comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. Price is reasonable & we extended a few hours of stayed n surprise that the price was reasonable too. Pleasant stay in Travelodge. Will surely come back & recommend my friends. Janet Ng

The hospitality is good, easy access to the pool, the breakfast pack delivered to room and the taste is good, satisfied with the room size & space, location is good.

Car park is limited and narrow space . Myb need to add coffee table & chair inside room.

Location, Staff kindness and do their best Comfy bedding and bathroom linen I’m used to stay here since many years

Lack of attention to small important details in the room as: shower drain clogged, fused bulb, head shower splashing everywhere, No English TV channels at all Running machine at the gym is tired and doesn’t perform that great anymore

The reception staff not professional. They sell our paid room to other people. After a lot quarrel finally we got our room

Excellent location place in Georgetown, Penang. But one thing is parking has limited parking spaces within the hotel. Staff, Security & Clearance are very polite, good & helpful. A good place to stay and never try never know.
