Responding well to customers. We requested to change room before touching anything in the first room and the front desk helped us. Cleaners also very dedicated in their job. Although it is public parking, They have someone look out for the guests when the officer comes round and help us put the parking tickets. Hence, we only be charged of the amount applicable when check out. I left my car for one full day to be charged for 2 (hourly) tickets only. So dont have to worry for summons. This is very customer oriented service again. Although it would be better to have night time security for overnight parking too. Room service was at a surprisingly affordable rate with good portion and taste. Self check in machine is something new for a hotel of the grade. Shower was great too.

Staff a bit casual appear as lack of training in how to behave in the hospitality industry. They speaks or rather shouting amongst themselves loudly which affect the ambient although they are courteous towards the guests. Breakfast though in set meals can be of better quality. Well, the rate is very affordable (RM5 fpr child, RM9 adult) compare to hotel rate breakfast though.

If they can improve on breakfast, would be even better. The breakfast menu too simple.

Always my go-to hotel whenever i'm in JB, this time the room is slightly a bit weird with a half wall in the middle of it lol but its still comfortable to walk around. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast you are given few choices, I mean could be better but worth with the price. Has lift, even some bag carriers if u needed

The keycard system for the lift is a bit annoying. Even when you want to go down to lobby you still need the keycard, which is annoying when u dont have it with you

Location easy access to the highway, lots of food nearby at walkable distance, free parking with security ( the uncle who takes care of the parking is really pleasant and friendly) , clean room and bathroom, in house water refill and coffee and simple Malaysian breakfast.

Booked a room with window, but given room without window. Not good for people with Claustrophobia. Staff claimed management yet to rectify in booking. They were unable to change me to a room with window. Bed was not comfortable.

Well, overall not bad at the price I paid for. I cannot be expecting too much.

Location a bit far from JB Sentral. Nothing much around this neighborhood. And room isn't soundproof. People walking through corridor and you will hear the noise. Toilet and shower is extremely wide and you will feel like it took a lot of space from your bedroom.

Great location, clean. Serves its purpose for sleeping and freshening up.

The foods for breakfast is always good and tasty. But i prefer buffet breakfast like other hotel offering. Should the hotel mention it is not buffet breakfast so people won't put high Expectations. Some people expect for buffet instead of plated meal and very limited portion.

Plated meal. The rest of facilities very good and comfy it just that the room not spacious if booking for two people.

Very affordable, clean and cozy room, with good use of space. Strategically located in an area with shops and eateries. Friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel helps pay for parking on weekdays.

Having a table or platform for luggage would have been convenient. Can hear loud noises from adjacent rooms.

The shower, awesome. The cleanliness of the bathroom, A+.

The room is not sound proof, I can hear clearly what's happening along the corridor and neighbours room. Other than that is excellent. Value with money

The parking was so good, so many empty spaces and they charged only RM0.60 for it. Overall it was a good stay.

The towels should have been washed much more better as could still see some stain on it. Please provide a sanitizer in the room in order for the customer to sanitize their hand specially during this pandemic.
