It's true - the staff are friendly, warm and sincere. Will always take the problem solving approach and prompt housekeeping requests (hair dryer, pillows etc) I booked wrong day and on day itself, the helped solve my issue to allow next day check in - thank you Rooms are neat - don't expect pristine conditions and tip top amenities that you did not pay for when booking.... Aircond runs well.... free simple breakfast - roti, nasi and bee Hoon....

Slightly dated - but for the price you can't whine too much......bring own pillowcase and towels if you ocd

Love everything about the hotel itself. Staff service was excellent and friendly. Free breakfast was provided for us, although i did not select the breakfast opt on the booking. Qiblah signs were provided, which made it easy for muslim to perform prayer.Clean, spacious, and strategic location.

1. The phone in room 162 didn't work. 2. The only considered bad experience was the noises during the stay. Didn't know the hotel was located in front of the pub/bar at the corner lot and opposite our room, and it made us can't sleep until almost 3 am. Totally understand it might be due to New Year celebrations, but it was too loud. karaoke and music till late, which it really made me feel bad with this experience after a long hour journey to JB. Hopefully, the hotel management could do something with this noise from the pub/bar, IF this really will cause those noises every day or on the weekend. However, the other services provided were A+ for this rate of hotel.

Overall, the front desk service were exceptional good. Before I arrived, I called to check if my booking is still valid, as I was late and for no reason the booking was not shown on my Booking.com App. The front desk lady who answered the call was very friendly and attended to my questions clearly, and even offered me an option to change to window's room. The check-in and check-out progress was fast, perhaps it's not busy day and busy hour. Overall the whole environment was good, room clean, bed sheet and pillow no foul smell, no dust. Toilet considered very clean for local brand hotel standard, just that some corner might have dark mold due to humidity, but is acceptable level. It's nearby to many eateries within walking distance. It could be noisy during day time. At night time, you may hear noises from the corridor, but overall sound proof considered ok. Or maybe I am lucky to have gentle and understanding neighbour next door. As my room does not have hair dryer, so I called to receptionist and they delivered to me within 15mins. Awesome! Will definitely come back.

Wi-Fi was very bad, not stable. Tried all the network available, wanted to load Gmail at night but took very long. At the end, I used my own personal hotspot to access to the internet to continue my work.

The first room was very small with no window and i requested to be moved. Web site should indicate room size and window or no window. THE SECOND ROOM WAS MUCH BETTER!

The WIFI was very slow in all areas of the hotel, although reception was very good.

Room amenities were good. Bed and pillows comfy. Staffs very responsive and cheerful. Drinking water provided in lobby. Even had free breakfast sent to room every day.

Room floor was quite dirty. There were small bits of rubbish, I think they didn't really sweep or wipe it. We wore the hotel slipper they provided during our stay.

- Location is ideal for my itinerary - Bed was comfy - Room was spacious - Value for money - Soundproof is fine - Didn't try the breakfast as it was fasting month

- Worst hotel pillow ever - WiFi in the room was terrible - Kettle looks old and dirty - Cups look old

The place is easy to get anywhere.Close to the restaurant that i went to for wedding dinner.i check out early going back to sg, most shops are not open and the hotel provides breakfast take away for us.

Car parks are outdoor,although we can park in front of the hotel but most are occupied by outsiders.Should take note on this.

Parking availability was excellent. The rooms were clean. This hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with little to no traffic after 9 pm.

Breakfast was the only downside to this stay. Packed breakfast was provided due to Covid SOP which is understandable. However, the food quality and taste was way below par and isn't worth the money spent on it. Or at least, have a simple menu to choose from. Another negative point is the "night light", it was way too bright and can't be turned off.

Good location , easy to find , front desk food services will call and double check with guest what time check in😃 room clean , totally worth the money. Free breakfast send to room very good. Check in fast ☺️ good good good 👍 I will come back stay again

Excellent services from staffs. We least expected for a 2 star hotel. Room was big, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There were essentials. Breakfast was provided and served to rooms as the cafe was under renovation. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended if you wish to stay explore Jb. We got to visit Toppen Mall and Ikea.

Wifi was slow. Tv choices were limited. Staff informed Twin size bed is as big as single size bed. Booking.com should change it on its app.
