The hotel is well connected to Paradigm Mall, there is a side door next to the TWG store. The gym equipment is of good quality and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the table and chair in the room can get serious work done. Thoughtful design in their power points and USB ports in the room. The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner smell great!

The elevators are slow, the breakfast place is rather chaotic, but the staff are trying their best. They may need to spread out the food and drinks a bit more, so everyone don't have to crowd around the few hot spots.

Love the proximity with Paradigm Mall. Super convenient for a family setup. Able to shop easily. Location was also good for Grab drivers. Housekeeping was quick and very service oriented.

On the first night, the fire alarm was activated for a prolonged period of time. There were no announcements whatsoever. My whole family rushed out and had to climb down 13 long storeys down and my wife hurt her knees. Upon arriving at the groundfloor, there were no staff looking out for us. When they did, all they assured us was, "We are checking it out." In the end, it was just casually mentioned that it was a false alarm from the mall. Very poor operational management and procedures. The water heater in the room was also not regulated very well. The remote controller for the television did not work. Had to manually operate.

Hotel within mall that has everything in trend. About centralised in everywhere we went that day. Staffs at reception and during breakfast is very friendly and smiley. Have pool that looks nice. Has a sofa in the room that doubles as a bed.

Room size is pretty small, not much space to walk around. Not really matches to its price point. Theres no bathtub also. Reception is at level 7 so abit of a hassel. Theres no room service, you have to go to level 7 if you want the hotels food. The toilet at level 1 near to mall entrance is only for 1 pax only( per gender) and it is not so clean.

Cleanliness, no funny smells, rooms were 5 star worthy, staffs were well trains and always seeing a smile on them makes guests feel extremely welcomed. Breakfast was great, fresh orange juice machine and coffee was my highlight, was expecting yogurt to go with the fresh fruits but there wasn't any. Choices of food were adequate. It's a hotel that is definitely a better stay compared to options in Bukit Indah or KSL besides the attached Mall is the best Mall in the west side of JB., definitely much better than Aeon Bukit Indah.

Nothing major in particular but the lift serving 6th floor was a frustrating thing to wait for. Especially when you are going from lobby to 6th floor carpark during checkout hours.

Good breakfast spread, and the automated fresh orange juice press is a bonus! The staff are very friendly and approachable, always service with a smile! Shoutout to Zul, at breakfast, who volunteered to take photos for us when he saw us taking wefies! We also like that the hotel is just above the huge Paradigm Mall, a shopping haven!

1. If only breakfast is complimentary 2. If only there is live band at night at the lovely and romantic poolside seating areas, it will be a draw for bigger crowd!!

Thanks to Adam & team on the morning of my check-in. We were upgraded to a higher floor, as it was my anniversary & had a very open view of the pool & the surroundings. Felt absolutely welcomed, the service was very warm and personal. Ohh! And there were no deposit collected, cuz they said theat they see themselves as a service apt, hence the name Hyatt PLACE. & If anything is needed, u gotta head down to the reception to collect yourself. Basically, no "service charge." Air con was good! I mean it is a new hotel.. All in all, it was a superbly pleasant stay. Plus on how convenient it is, with the connection to Paradigm itself. Will definitely patronise again.

Pillows were too soft. Wasn't comfy. There were no night lights. I mean there were table lamps, but they were connected to the room lights' plug. Sooo basically, you switch off 1, you switch of all. Although their breakfast was lacking, the service compromised it all.

Size of the room was great, very spacious. Great locations which is just above mall. Front office staff was very friendly when doing check-in & check-out.

The TV system down twice within 2 days. Only toothbrush & towels are given. The rest of room amenities such as shower cap, slippers etc need to collect from reception which is a waste of time. Ask to set up sofa bed upon check in which is about 2pm and went off for shopping. When we are back at about 8pm, the sofa bed was still not done. Breakfast buffet selection too limited, would be better if could have more varieties.

Clean hotel. Link with paradigm mall. Credit to Syazwan. At the reception. For making sure. We have a smooth check in and check out. Despite a lot of people. Will definitely come back. Hope will maintain the cleanliness and the ambience of the hotel. Esp the toilet. Do take note to always clean the dry toilet with water and soap. Overall 👍

For the security during midnight. I think its quite dangerous. To let the big glass door open and close automatically. Maybe can just use the small door to open. By using the hotel card. To open the door.

Its located just below the Paradigm Mall. Very cosy room, have sofa bed, can accommodate one more family member. The shampoo, conditioner and skincare soap attached to the bathroom wall. Breakfast, so so only. Love the croissant, bake and serve directly from the oven. Their staff are very friendly and courteous.

It only provides 2 toothbrushes and 1 cleansing soap. Need to improve on the elevator function. I almost get 'crushed' by the elevator door although my boy has pressed the door open button. My room has absolutely no view.
