Not too far a drive from the main JB area. Our second time booking this place as we liked one of the food options just nearby the hotel. Room was clean and tidy with the basic amenities, and a large open shelf to place our belongings. Located near a big supermarket just 5 minutes walk away, and a small convenience store just across the street. Appreciated the hospitality as we were quickly checked in almost close to midnight, and the late check out time of 12pm.

Air-conditioning suddenly switched off during the night and took a few minutes to resolve with some pressing of the buttons.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the bedroom is great, just enough for solo traveller, it’s nearby to a neighborhood mall for food during the day, and grab food can is reachable during the night. Quite near to Larkin Sentral and easy to commute with Grab. Housekeeping service is splendid, I’m happy to go back to a clean and comfy room. The lift is working well for guest with huge luggage like me!

The water hose is leaking, but luckily it’s manageable as they stopped if you turn the tap off. The keycard system is unable to set to use for 3 days of my stay, so i had to renew after 2 days. I suggest to inform the guest about the RM50 deposit prior to their arrival, lucky that i have enough cash with me. Iron is only available at request, with 30 minutes time limit which is quite a hassle for me, but not really a big deal. Just room of improvement, they can provide list of numbers such as receptionist etc in the room for customer to contact.

the front side was really beautiful and the location was strategic as well. there are a lot of shops there and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

parking is under mbjb so do prepare coupons or download the apps for payments and such. if you are solo traveler and go everywhere with grabs etc, this would be your perfect choice but if you travel with your own transport you need to prepare with the coupons unless you're going to park at night (it's free) and move around in daylight.

This is not my first time there and I will most likely return to this property in the future. Room was big enough. Location near good food but you'll need a car / e-hailing if you want to get to the city / malls / attraction. The area is convenient if you want to drive to Singapore via Tuas.

We were at the top floor, so water pressure was ok most of the time, but sometimes a bit low. Probably should stay on a lower floor.

Great location, surrounded by local amenities. + The bed was super comfy + local tv channels + strong wifi + hot shower + Long mirror, vanity chair & kettle. + It's quite reasonable price package.

Wash basin was too close to toilet. So close, my knee would touch the basin when i sit, I'm 173. Anyone taller would have real difficulty sitting there. I think this won't apply to other types of room. - Some corners had mildews, but not that bad. - My last day, i think someone moved in beside me. He was loud till i could hear him from my bed.

Bathroom was spacious enough. Had enough storage racks and room size was ok for the three of us. Everything else in the room was functional.

I wish the hotel had a water dispenser. They could give more shampoo or body soap for a family room. Check in process was a bit slow. (I made two bookings, one for a single room and one for a family room). But I am still rating the hotel a 10 because these things are minor.

it nearest with Paradigm Mall. the biggest mall at Johor Bahru. also, near with Kipmall, Restaurant, Pharmacy.

Lot Parking, Please provide more space for cars. When we stay there, we got MPJB fined.

Rooms were definitely worth the price.... little things i could nitpick on but then when i think about it, it was actually overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed and size of the rooms were far better than expected! Came here for a course in Hosp Permai and the location was very convenient. Also since i drove, i could easily go around town for food and definitely liked that it was like less than 5mins away from paradigm mall. Also the staffs sitting at the front desk were always so friendly and helpful.

Towels were sometimes stained. But staff were so easy to talk to and always offered new towels upon request. Otherwise really nothing i could complain about.

The room was meant for 2 pax and was gd n clean but there was a big rack for the purpose of putting ur things which I find was unsuitable for that room as it took up alot of space and was inconvenient. That rack is meant for a 3 pax room as the previous year I had booked and stayed in such a room.

I booked two rooms; one family room and one single room. This is for the single room. Good clean room, comfortable, spacious enough and comes with everything that you need for a short stay. Location was good with convenience stores nearby and ample choices for food.

Would be nice to have a water dispenser.
