As soon as you enter you can smell the strong scent of urine throughout the hotel. The toilets are extremely small, similar to those in an airplane. The beds and pillows were stained and dirty. There are cobwebs and small black cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! My team all checked out after putting up with it for two nights, and were told we could get refunded for the balance 9 days (for all 4 rooms). But they have refused to refund me. Booking.com also has NOT been helpful. All in all the worst experience of my life and beyond disappointed by Booking.com for even listing this hotel which is not even worthy of being a brothel.

I have booked a room on 21/11 and stated i will checked in on 22/11 at 2am. When i reached there, the person at the counter said the room were fully booked. They didnt let us checked in. Even they said that they dont even accept my money. But when i checked my bank account, there was a transaction with amount of rm97. Now give me back my money. Jangan makan duit haram!!!

my family and other 2 customer have problem with registration, the staff say we for leave because they have problem issues with app booking.com. they don't want to give refund. finally i call police officer skudai to negotiate and finally they give key room but the air conditioner is broken. this is the worst hotel that i experience.

very dirty. the floor looks like not been clean for very long time. the bed didnt change matress. there was fungus on the bed. no tv provided. reason lot of tv damage. very funny reason and no sorry with the bad service. booked and pay for 2night. only stay for one night. there also have small ants. attack my baby

not even stay the property dont allow using booking.com they force to use their own system which are more expensive and not worth
