The room is clean and the essentials (towels, toiletries) are provided. It's great that the hotel has water dispenser at the lobby as well. Location of the hotel is great with plenty of restaurants, bakeries available within walking distance.

My room is a non-smoking room, however, there is a smoking room located 2 rooms next to mine. I appreciate the specific facility provided separately but I think it shouldn't be located in the same corridor / floor as the other rooms. The smoking room users going in and out at odd hours (especially late night) created noise along the corridor near my room. The room didn't prevent smoke from going out because I could smell it in my room and that affected my comfort. Thankfully, the staff was quick to help me freshen up the room upon my request. But, the smoke smell eventually reenters my room over time.

Always being my choice when travel to work to JB. Easy access to anywhere. Suitable location to my office.

Not really soundproof. Thin wall maybe. I'm able to hear "my neighbor" using their toilet & able to hear snore from other room. haha

Such a excellent place to stayed. Very near to Shopping Mall, Convenient Store, Restaurant and for those who non-muslim there is pub as well. Great as well for elderly person because there is lift provided too.

Not much parking provided by hotel itself. For muslim visitor especially want to perform prayed, it's a bit small space if you picked Queen Room but If you were picked Single Room, there is literally no space at all. Luckily there is nearest mosque just 300m from hotel so I guess it's okay.

i like the location, it was considered new developed area, so it was surrounded by new mall, shops, nice food within walking distance, but not as crowded as sutera mall area(and it is just 2km away). and not too far away from old town (also 2km away), so good thing, the location has plenty of street parking ! The hotel room is big enough to fit five people, clean and comfort, but just for sleeping, not much space for hanging around. the staff was helpful, they quickly fixed our toilet lighting within half an hour after we made the report.

the hotel room we chose (the larger bed option) without window, it is a little bit uncomfortable, but they did mention at their booking page, so it is up to our choice and to manage our expectation. the only thing that i less appreciated is the wifi ! it was disconnected all the time :(

This is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. I am impressed for the towel decoration on the bed, appreciate the staff put effort on it. The location was great, near to Sutera mall and Paradigm Mall. Walking distance to the nearby food restaurant.

They allowed me to check in early, and the customer service is available 24 hours and very helpful. They even helped us keep my birthday cake in the fridge. However, there is a staff member who is rude and impolite (The way that she speaks).

Location very strategic. Near to Tasek Central Mall, family mart, 7E, Mcd, food court is very nearby. Walking distance. Easy to get a grab car. Room is clean & neat.

Hair dryer didn't working. Somehow for the first 2 days, the door room having a problem to enter the room waiting for about 2 minutes for the door to unlocked. Don't know what's the issue. After 2 days the door seems back to normal.

Very very clean room. Stylish with reasonably “atas” feel. Very accommodating as I’ve asked for early check in and they tried as previous day guest checked out early.

Room size a little bit small but this just made it cozy. :)

This is my second time staying here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants, clinics, and pharmacies were near the hostel, so it's in a very good location. The main thing is that the price is very affordable and reasonable compared to other hotels in that area. highly recommended 😇.
