1. Only 1 malay restaurant nearby. On my day 2, they were closed and i had to drive out to get breakfast. 2. No free TV channel. I would love to watch local news.

Breakfast is simple with tea/coffee and a choice of biscuits. If you can put some sandwiches, that will be better. The location of breakfast table is easy enough where we can sit and talk while having a short casual breakfast. The location of the hotel is convenient to find food, near to family mart and other convenient stores. The mosque and Muslim food also located near to the hotel.

Hmm... Parking availability. coz the location is in the centre of shoplots area and busy/full until 10.00pm. We parked the car far from the hotel and move it later in midnight.

The entertainment TV has more channels ie Prime Movies, Netflix & etc. The decor @ the lobby and corridor is Japanese contemporary, I like the shade room number

The accessibility of the hotel, the surrounding amenities, friendly and warm staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in the hotel.

The sink taps surrounding had slight rust and the shower area lock was unable to lock. The tv control is not user-friendly. But these are minor setbacks. Nothing major.

Overall cleanliness and room facilities is good for the first night.in fact I am very please but

I decided to stay for another night because of the good room I had but the second night was not so pleasing. Room had cigarette smell, TV is totally not working, loosen tap , cheap kettle . My valuation from vary good 9/10 to not so good 4/10.

Room was comfortable, bed was good. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. Overall, location was convenient near many eateries. Lobby outside room had nice peachy smell.

One of the pillows had smell, housekeeping changed it immediately though. Room had a tad moldy smell. Only 2 free carpark lots although parking spaces were ample enough and rates weren't exorhibitant.

The table was long in the room and bed was comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free coffee, tea, other beverages and snacks in the lobby area. Food, market, self-service laundry, ATM etc. were within walking distance.

The only thing is the toilet design. The hand basin was outside the toilet, and the drainage hole was not fixed at the lowest point of the toilet. Water was accumulated at one corner, mould was growing there.

the room was super clean like i can rate 10000/10.. very comfortable.. feel like home ^^ i stay 2 nights here and went to melaka but after come back to johor, i check in to this hotel again. although it was far from city centre, but it’s okay.. LOVE THIS HOTEL ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*toilet cleanliness around 9/10 only. there are some stain at the corner but for the price you paid, this hotel was above ur expectation!! *i can’t find tissue
