Staff is wonderful, proactive/Attention to details is top notch/ Front office Manager Mr.Kairul /Guest Experience Manager Mr.Mark /Adriana [Guest service officer] Jeffrey Chief Concierge went Extra Miles to give us the Best ever hospitality.Great job by Housekeeping Department to keep property neat and clean. Ariana from Restaurant/F &B/Jonie/Yani are wonderful staff.

Constructive feedback /Area of improvement: Food served should be warm enough/hot enough to retain the taste /🍴 cutlery should be kept wrapped in the Napkin on the tables(shouldn't be in direct contact with the table) to avoid contamination. The preparation of the food was great but when its not warm enough,it loses its taste and feels less delicious/Need to Introduce more variety of vegetarian food in the Menu.

We arrived an hour early and were thrilled to be offered an early check-in! Mr. Mark greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. After settling in, we were treated to complimentary drinks before our resort tour, which was a lovely touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick to respond to our requests. Enjoying in-room dining was a delightful experience, and the foggy morning added a magical atmosphere. Our spacious suites were perfect for our two-night stay, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. Mr. Mark consistently greeted us with enthusiasm and even managed to pronounce my tricky name flawlessly! Overall, it was an extraordinary experience that was truly worth every penny, and we cherished each moment spent here.

Loved the stay here. Overall, i enjoyed the scenery, peacefulness, alongwith the nature exposure this place offers. Other than that, the staff was really helpful in helping us sort out a matter we faced, because of the insects. The manager immediately helped us move to a better room to make up for the inconvenience. Should have asked for the name. Great, getaway stay.

Accessibility, but i understand the limited footfall this place gets in comparison to genting highlands. The place has good exposure to nature, but I guess they can do well with renovating some rooms which allows people to get better comfort experience. Still the staff did all they could to make up for the any complaints we had.

It was amazing, starting from the moment I came to the reception tired and was immediately offered free juice The staff is very polite (even a little scary if you are not used to it) They tell you everything, accompany you to your room and restaurant They help you drag your luggage The bed is comfortable and large There is a large TV opposite There are thick curtains if you like to sleep longer It's relatively quiet, not that there's good soundproofing, it's just that no one makes much noise Delicious and varied breakfast There is a micro "village" nearby, like a European village, which is interesting to look into and take a few photos A lot of bathroom accessories are provided, for example a shaving kit

There is little to see in the area Very far from the cities, it is unrealistic to catch a taxi yourself, so you have to use the hotel services But in this case you will pay 5 times more than usual The water in the shower is hot, but it does not last long, after 15 minutes you have to wait again for the water to warm up

From the name, it's a stunning medieval French castle in Malaysian tropical jungle. the resort is so picturesque, and it's like the photos with comfy and cosy rooms. the star of my experience was Mr. John Mark the guest relationship manager, he enhanced my experience through his high commination skill, he was seeking the feedback from the guests on spot to make it an exceptional and memorable experience, and his talents to ease and smooth all the guest requests were obvious. Some of the staff were smiling and had positive attitudes. the spa I had a great time, and the crew was professional. but always double-check if they fixed the swimming pool or not.

and some staff were sluggish and have pokerface, I believe with the training and the leadership of Mr. Mark, they will act better... The F&B should have more international and continental plates as a French themed hotel and more hygiene when it comes to the cutlery.

The suite was superb. The nature and surroundings were fascinating, like staying in a European country.

The location is quite far from the nearest town/city. During our stay, most of the food stated on the in-room dining menu was unavailable. So, we went to their rival, Genting Highlands, for a family dinner. Besides that, wrong timing for us to stay here at that particular time because there was a big group of people from a local bank staying there. Thus, we were not able to enjoy the quiet and serene surroundings to the fullest due to the noises from that group.

The quietness and location of the hotel. The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and comes with a free minibar. We booked a two bedroom suite which is a duplex and the views are beautiful. The hotel has a team of excellent team of staffs. The check in experience is exemplary.

The breakfast buffet should have more variety. Quality of the breakfast should be mproved for a five star hotel standard. We went for dinner at la vie restaurant in the hotel. The menu is very limited. Kids menu was not provided to us though our kid is with us. We ordered the fried chicken rice set. Chicken wings are not completely cooked (the chef recooked the chicken wings). The restaurant (la vie) within the hotel should minimally have pizza. Menu variety should be further improved.

Great enviroment. Very friendly staffs, help out all the way from reservation until checked out. Especially Miss Alya from reservation department gave an exceptional service by guiding thru the booking process, Miss Ariani at the reception who explained clearly and briefed about the whole service in the hotel, Mr Jeffrey Who gave us an excellent service while staying there and Mr Aimansyah at the concierge who helped out to arrange all our things while checking and out. Not much variety for breakfast. No bidet at the toilet

The excellent service from the staffs, hardly can get a service that provides even one step ahead customers' needs. The attire and presentation of the staffs were also exceptional. The compiling contents of the whole france village, Japanese village (there more spots but I actually went to this two places), and again the enthusiasm from all the staffs.

The biggest problem was late check in despite we already informed our arrival time, and their earliest possible checkin time was already later then others. The sofa beside the pool have mold on it..

Great experience to relax in a palace-shaped hotel located in the middle of nowhere. Most suitable for couples who are looking to revive their relationship or live a new experience. Outside architecture and indoor decorations are impressive and keep guests curious about the place. The management team are supportive and takes every necessary action to keep residents satisfied. Jeffrey from the staff team was gentle and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

Location, nothing nearby, no restaurants or attractions except French city. Hotel restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. You will sleep hungry if you don’t have supplies. It is quite far from Genting premium outlet. Expensive transport to reach the location by taxi and no Grab app service in the location. Scary at night if you are outside.
