Premiere Hotel

staff was friendly, and always try to please. Room is comfy, plenty of pillows to suit personal preference. Location is great, there is a Lotus mall right opposite the hotel, though the pedestrian walkway is not very friendly despite the close distance.

The gym and pool are below average, considering the rate charged in comparison to other competitor hotels within the area. Cleanliness can be slightly improved too and I don't see a card to request for changing of linens.

The hotel breakfast is acceptable & good, especially the sambal for nasik lemak. But the ikan bilis seems overcooked. The coffee is from the beams I guess and not the 3-1 kind. The salad looks good too but I have no time to enjoy it. Fruits were kept in the fridge & I think this is a bonus too.

The Wifi. The internet is always disconnected when I am performing my work in the hotel room. This is quite annoying. The surroundings of the hotel are pretty dark at night with fewer lights when walking back from the shops nearby after dinner.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were provided with adjoining rooms as per our request. The rooms were clean except one bedsheet had stains. All ammenities were provided in the toilet. There was a RM 3.00 charge if we wanted extra water. Found this strange as all the hotels we stayed in never charged for extra water Breakfast was good, except that were no baked beans and a cheese platter as previously we had stayed here and was looking forward to the cheese platter. Overall, we had a lovely and enjoyable stay

Road upgrading and flyover construction was ongoing and you had to be attentive for the entrance signage.

simple room with all the expected amenities from a standard hotel. Breakfast was fine, with the usual offerings. Staff are very helpful whenever i asked for takeaway breakfast. Room is acceptably clean considering the hotel is aged.

The gym equipment are aged, and could do with a refurbishment. The pool is also a little small.

Great experiences!! This establishment is really something to stay in Klang / Port Klang area.

The only thing I found rather bad was all 4 pillows in the room really smelled "bad/horrible" Although I did ask/request for replacements but really didn't feel like the replacements were any better. It wasn't about the cover sheets but the pillows themselves smelled not so clean and what not. Should really improve by checking again soon.

Comfortable room for 3 adults with 1 large double bed and 1 single bed. Room quite big. Toilet facility is alright.

Not enough mineral water, only 1 bottle for 1 person. Addional request need to pay.

Theevya and Syed made our Event & Stay much more memorable... Theevya manage to complete and fulfill our request even tough it was a short period of time. Excellent Staffs in the Hotel All was very helpful and accommodating to our needs

Rapid KL made entrance to the Hotel a bit hard

Hotel very clean. Air cond, hot water worked well. Front staff very friendly and always smile. Housekeeping very fast respond

Construction make it quite difficult to find hotel location

*Room* The grand deluxe tripple room has bigger space than other typical room. Very comfortable for my husband who use wheelchair to move around the room. Since i bring my parents, i also love to have a connecting room. Tq so much to the hotel staff for arrangement of the connecting room. I will definitely come back here again next time.

Smooth check in.. Very clean room Comfortable bed and pillows. Good selection of buffet breakfast

The only thing... The is no light on main ceiling.. Hence room is a bit dark..
